Other Important Information
Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (Monorail) has closed to passengers. A new track will reopen on the 28th April 2010, and the second in July 2010. A replacement bus service will run from the North Terminal forecourt to the South Terminal forecourt within this period.

- Exit the M23 at junction 9 and follow signs for Gatwick Airport.
- At 1st roundabout go straight on
- At 2nd roundabout turn right onto the A23.
- At next roundabout turn left towards Charlwood.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to "Summer Specials Parking" onsite parking at Gatwick North Terminal - a better located carpark at no extra cost.
they rang the police .27 other cars were trashed during the nine days the car was parked they didnt say they had any trouble with breakins then. we are now waiting to see if the car is a right off as the astimatted damage is £2500 was it worth it.....
Except for road works, this is an easy car park to get to. Quick and efficient service and we would use them again
When we arrived at car park there was a coach waiting, that took us promptly to airport - just a short journey to north terminal. On our return trip, we only had to wait a few minutes for the coach. Once we arrived back at the car park, our car was there waiting for us. So not necessary to go trapsing across the car park - this was most welcome as it was about 5am and we have 3 young children! This was the cheapest car park we found at the time of booking and we were pleased with the service. Would recommend and we would definitely use again.

Excellent service. I think that all airport car parking is extortionately priced. I am sure that at some time there will be a review and maybe the consumer will benefit from lower prices. This will only happen when independent parking is available at airports
There was nothing that could be criticised but importantly, it had the added bonus that our car was parked on-site and not driven 17 miles overall to and from an off-site storage point, as we have experienced previously with other operators.
I have to say go simply was the cheapest quote for any parking i could find at Gatwick, so i wasn`t expecting the best,,, but !! i cant think of anything that could have been better,, close to the airport ,, in fact next if not in the airport grounds,, on return in the early morning a quick phone call to very helpful staff and we were away from the airport and on the road in record time.
Would have appreciated a 'Holiday Parking' direction notice at the last roundabout junction, as it can be ambiguous as to the correct turn-off. Unless you have a mobile telephone, phoning from the airport on arrival day can be quite a hassle which you don't need when you are invariably tired from your flight. Free-phones are alway's broken at the airport, which I believe customers are told by yourselves to use.
We have used off airport parking before with mixed service. But on this occassion the experience was without any trouble was very efficient and the return pick up from the terminal was extremely prompt. My only comment would be that the reception area could be at busy times too small. Well done!
The location of the car park is excellent and had no problems finding it. The staff were friendly and quick, the bus service operated both to and from the airport was prompt, the price cannot be beaten and overall I cannot fault this company. When I travel again, I will certainly be looking to book through Holiday Parking.
I have used Gatwick parking before and due to my last experience had no second thoughts about using it again. Once again the hand over of the car was completely hassle free, there was a bus waiting outside to drive us the 10 minutes it took to get to the airport and on the return journey we waited no more than 10 minutes for the bus to collect us and take us back to the car park. My car was waiting for me in the collection area and the paperwork required for collection was minimal. All in all another great experience from Gatwick parking. We'll be back. Thank You all for a great service.
I had clear map to the car park sent prior to the trip, when I arrived the reception dealt with the car parking smoothly and effeciently, the coach was on time and the driver helped with heavy bags. On return the coach was prompt, the car was ready and whole transfer took 1/2 hour from baggage reclaim to car park
The whole parking experience was nothing short of my previous holiday parking at this park. Excellent friendly efficient service even in the early hours of the morning.
Perfectly good parking, staff, bus service etc was all what I'd expect. For the price I cant ask for much more...
we were processed promptly did not have to wait long for the bus even at 1:30 am! will us the car park again
the whole experience was very satisfactory. The staff were very helpful, directions to the site were good, buses ran on time because we had no waiting either end. one phone call on our return to uk gatwick airport and the bus was there within 10 minutes. The drivers were helpful and courteous too. All in all a very pleasant experience.
the car park was easy to find,not too far from the airport and the buses ran frequently to the airport even though it was the early hours of the morning.
