Arrival Procedure

Departure Procedure
Collect your luggage, then call RS09 to arrange delivery of your vehicle. Please note that the car park requires 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pick-up point outside the terminal.

Just friendly and punctual service. Couldn't have been smoother. Also, on the way out the staff member very clearly explained the whole process, what to do when we got back, numbers to call if needed, etc
This was the first time we had use a valet service and I am very impressed. The driver was at Gatwick at 5am prompt waiting for us and was very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again
Good friendly service, however we had to wait nearly 30 mins to collect car. Other services at Heathrow have your car ready much quicker. Not a true valet parking service. However was cheaper than all long term parking.
after being stuck in turkey for an extra 3 days we came back to a extra 3 days car parking bill,while most of the other carparks didnt charged because of the ash cloud..the guy on the end of the phone was so rude because we didnt phone to say we were on our way and the reason was we didnt know untill 2 in the morning,we had to wait for over an hour for them to bring our car to us.will never use this company again,
We were absolutely thrilled with the service received from RS09. Very curteous staff, punctual and even with a 90 minute delay on our return flight the driver was waiting for us. Excellent service which my husband and I highly recommend.
I'd never used Meet & Greet parking before but was guided to RS09 by the reviews of other users. Apart from my mis-judgement with the time to call the driver for collecting the car, the service was very efficient. The car was in the same condition as it was left with the correct mileage on the clock and was waiting for us when we left arrivals. I loved the convenience and ease of not travelling from a long-term carpark and would certainly use RS09 again.
This was the first time we have used RS09 Meet and Greet and we were extremely pleased with the service they offered. They were prompt, courteous and had a professional manner. We will certainly be using them again. We go on holiday quite a few times a year and other companies we have tried have not come up to the standards we received with RSO9.
This is the first time we have used "Meet & Greet" and were delighted with the service we received - we cannot fault anything. Pre travelling we had to change our car registration - most helpful and pleasant telephone service. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival at the airport and was outside before we walked to the exit - what more can one ask!! Thank you to the whole team - we'll certainly recommend you.
My wife booked this online and I was initially a little concerned about handing over my car keys to a complete stranger! However, the whole thing worked like a dream and made our whole holiday experience even more enjoyable. The service offered by RS09 is excellent and I would certainly recommend them to others. Will never use an off site car park again!
This meet and greet service worked very well and was the cheapest I could find on the internet. The only thing I could fault was the meeting place changed to outside the soffitel hotel (because of airport security changes) which was not a problem but I feel I could have been notified by e-mail prior to my journey. I will however definately use this service again. J.H.
Service worked perfectly. On our return they delivered my car in 5 minutes - we just had time to walk to the pick-up point to see the car being parked - so much faster and less hassle than off-airport parking. A real find, I shall certainly use it again.
Even though are plane was delayed and we arrived at 3 am they were very friendly and didn't keep us waiting any longer than neccesary
Very impressed to have no waiting on either drop off or pick up. Polite, friendly staff and they actually checked the car before driving off which not all services do. I wasn't conscientious enough to check mileage before I dropped it off and both heated seats were on full blast when we picked it up! However, will definately use again.
Excellent value for money, no hassle. Prompt collection even though we had been delayed on M25. Paid extra for car valeting which was done to acceptable standard. Nice to return to a clean car. Will definitely use this company again.
Excellent service at excellent price. Phoned driver before we got to airport and we arrived 1 min after we arrived. On return flight, driver was waiting for us. Very courteous and felt like I could trust them to look after my car. Only very small downside, was that car was covered on outside with thick layer of dust when we received car back, but that soon washed off in the rain ! Would highly recommend. Will most definitely use again.
This was my first time using this kind of service and I was initially sceptical about how it was going to turn out. However I was thoroughly impressed - they were on time and helpful on the way out. On the way back we had a 5hr flight delay and they were fully aware of the situation and turned up on time to drop the car back to us. Would recommend this service and I will use it again.
This is a great service if you have young children, no lugging suitcases on and off packed coaches! The building work at Arrivals at the North terminal meant it was manic for anyone trying to drop passengers off at the terminal. But that was nothing to do with RS09. We had a very jolly greeting when we arrived and left our car, the chap that returned it to us never said a word? Just handed over the keys and walked off? I guess he'd had a bad day? I would use this service again and recomend it to my friends.
Good value for money - cheaper than parking yourself & getting on a bus. As it was also raining on our departure this was a great service right outside the terminal. Good job.
On my email voucher it read . Take middle Lane to Arrivals, DO NOT GO TO UPPER LEVEL" I called 20mins before arrival at airport I was told to Take Upper Level which was in front of Departures I dropped my car off and was a bit concerned that I did not get a copy of the document that I signed. On my return, after an eight hour plus flight, I collected my luggage as specified and then called the number on the buisness card I was given. I was told it woul be about 20mins at the same place where I dropped my car off, I repeated at Departures Terminal. I was told "YES" As I had just come out of the arrivals terminal, I had to go up in the lifts to the 2nd floor, after waiting for a while I noticed there no Meet and Greet vehicles happening there, at 06.31 I phoned the number again and was told I had to go back to the Arrivals terminal which was on the ground floor, cross the road through the car park and the driver is on his way. The driver actually came at 15mins late. This service was supposed to be speedy, convenient, efficient and less time consuming. This did not happen as I was totally distressed and extremely exhausted pushing my luggage trolley up and down lifts and through the car park. It would have been quicker and cheaper parking off site and getting the coach I do not feel I was greeted with a professional and efficient service. Also my petrol tank was much lower than when I left, I would like to knowhow far the car pound was from airport. One last thing, I am confused, as I thought you drop your car off at the Departure terminal., and collect at the Arrivals terminal.
Everything was seamless. The driver arrived 5 minutes after we arrived at the airport and on returning, he pulled up as we were exiting the doors of the airport! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
Directions for Meet and Greet location
North Terminal, Lower Level:
- On approach to the North Terminal, there are 3 lanes. Take the middle lane, signposted "arrivals" at car rentals (lower level).
- Stay in the lane "Cars Only", and do not go to the upper level.
- You will be met outside the car rentals building by an RS09 representative wearing black trousers and a white shirt, with an RS09 name badge.
South Terminal, Lower Level:
- On approach to the South Terminal, follow the signs for Arrivals and stay in the middle lane. Do not go to the upper level.
- Proceed through the tunnel, go through the traffic lights, then park immediately on the right-hand side.
- An RS09 representative wearing black trousers, white shirt and RS09 name badge will meet you.
