Call the car park on the telephone number provided in your confirmation email 20 minutes prior to arriving to confirm your arrival time, and your chauffeur will meet you outside your departure terminal. At park times it may be engaged so you may need to try again but rest assured your driver will be there to meet you.

Collect your luggage, then call RS09 to arrange delivery of your vehicle. Please note that the car park requires 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pick-up point outside the terminal.

North Terminal, Lower Level:

  • On approach to the North Terminal, there are 3 lanes. Take the middle lane, signposted "arrivals" at car rentals (lower level).
  • Stay in the lane "Cars Only", and do not go to the upper level.
  • You will be met outside the car rentals building by an RS09 representative wearing black trousers and a white shirt, with an RS09 name badge.

South Terminal, Lower Level:

  • On approach to the South Terminal, follow the signs for Arrivals and stay in the middle lane. Do not go to the upper level.
  • Proceed through the tunnel, go through the traffic lights, then park immediately on the right-hand side.
  • An RS09 representative wearing black trousers, white shirt and RS09 name badge will meet you.

Use these guys a lot. Pick up and drop off always on time, drivers polite and well turned out. Guy on the phone can be a bit grumpy... But then so would I be if I was up all night every night...

On arrival at Gatwick we waited 45 mins to drop off our car. We were early as the M25 was very quick so we had phoned them well ahead. They'd asked us, with a sigh, to phone once we reached M23. Once we arrived at Gatwick we waited and waited and after many phone calls were told at as we had arrived early we had to wait our turn. We should have been told that when we first phoned. When we returned our flight was an hour late - so it was midnight and very cold. We were told to wait by the Sofitel. 30 mins later I phoned to be told that they had a problem and would be another 20 mins. In the end we waited for an hour and 20 minutes from the first phone call. We will never use this company again.

Collection could have been faster, but returning was super-efficient; it was very cold and past midnight and we probably waited 30 seconds!

Car key was muddy upon return, cup I had left in cup holder half full was in driver footwell, drivers seat settings and mirrors were completely adjusted.

We phoned as instructed when we were 20 mins away. We arrived to find our driver waiting for us. We had a quick handover after he inspected the car. On our return, we called as we were arriving at passport control and he was there when we came out of the airport. A great service. My only problem about writing this review is that it becomes too popular!!! It is akin to having your own driver. Perfect!
