North Terminal, Lower Level:

  • On approach to the North Terminal, there are 3 lanes. Take the middle lane, signposted "arrivals" at car rentals (lower level).
  • Stay in the lane "Cars Only", and do not go to the upper level.
  • You will be met outside the car rentals building by an RS09 representative wearing black trousers and a white shirt, with an RS09 name badge.

South Terminal, Lower Level:

  • On approach to the South Terminal, follow the signs for Arrivals and stay in the middle lane. Do not go to the upper level.
  • Proceed through the tunnel, go through the traffic lights, then park immediately on the right-hand side.
  • An RS09 representative wearing black trousers, white shirt and RS09 name badge will meet you.

Car return to Gatwick took 35 minutes - RS09 staff argued that it was only 15 minutes but my call to the dispatcher was clearly logged on my mobile phone so there can be no dispute. The dispatcher was rude and argumentative which didn't help!! Also the car was returned dirty - lots of mud on the wheels so the car must have been driven through heavy mud - I don't expect to have to pay to have the car cleaned because of a Meet & Greet parking. I have booked several Meet & Greets from Gosimply but this RS09 was the worst to date.

arrived at airport at 5.30am and someone was there to meet us, quick inspection of the car and we were on Our way. Telephoned on arrival once we had collected our luggage and by time we got to the meeting point our car was already there waiting for us. Excellent, 1st class service. Will definitely use again.

Explanation of where to park car was from person from the company was easy to understand. Person that collected/dropped off car was punctual, extremely helpful and very friendly. Would definately recommend.

Very unnerving not being able to get hold of the driver on the mobile number provided, especially when trying to catch an early morning flight. Phone was unavailable and it took several calls to get hold of the driver. Once we were met at the airport, they were very nice and polite, but I would not use this service again because of the unreliability of contacting the driver at drop off and pick up.

We waited an hour for the return of our car, after repeated calls to chase up and when we complained to the driver he informed us he was only given the keys 10 minutes ago before disappearing!
