I was happy with people at reception,transfers but i had few scraches on my car and i didn't like it really.

Through connections, missed flight home. Called them and they were great. Very pleased with times/prices/service.

Disorganised, with too many people trying to get on a small minibus. There was no 'first come first on' system. On return we found a long scratch down side of car. Having since read other reviews, most customers appear to have received either scratches, dents or items stolen from their cars, with staff unwilling to bear any responsibility. Not sure about the reliability of reviews on Carparkz website as they bear no resemblance to other review sites!

Arrived at carpark reception, helpfull staff only waited about 5 mins for coach to take us to the airport, which only took about 5mins. When landed rang and went to bus stop where coach dropped us off and waited about 6-7mins to be picked up returned to carpark and picked up our car. would use carparkz again a very happy customer.

I was waiting more than 1/2hour for the transfer and it was less friendly then before.

Never used car parking before whilst been away, service was very good! Dropped car and keys off, mini bus waiting to take to airport, took roughly 10 mins max! Apon arriving back car ready and waiting!! Good value for money

All went smoothly when dropping the car off, only took a few moments to confirm booking and then just a 5 min wait for the bus to the airport. When returning to pick-up the car there was a rather lengthy queue. Unfortunately this is due to the transfer bus being quite small so we had to wait 30 mins or so for the bus to come round again. Did find the bus driver to be rather rude as well.

When I came for the first time, I didn't see a big sign, or maybe there is no sign to express to turn right to park the car!

The parking is easy to find, staff are friendly, parking quick, very close to the airport, the best parking I've ever found at Luton Airport. Transfer pick up immediate after phone call Thanks !!

I Found this to be the best car park by far from the many time i have travelled, will recomend to others & will use again when next i travel very inpressed. Thank you Mr G

Parking easy to find. Booked 12 hours before travel. System worked well and car ready for collection at pickup time. Wait for transfer 5 mins each way. Transfer time 10mins. Would recommend.

Easy to find, good, fast transfer service and good value for money compared to the other options.

Others in our party paid less but were still waiting for their transfer bus after we collected our car and were halfway to our destination before they collected theirs.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. We also came with musical instruments and the driver took great care to ensure their safe transport.

It was very easy been late 4 hours never have to pay any additional fees. Thanks great service.

Fairly easy to find, basic compound, where cars appear to be safe. They asked fore identification on returning to pick up car, which I thought was good. Transfer to and from airport very quick, 5 mins, providing you time your arrival both at Carparkz and on your return to uk. Had to wait about 5 - 10 mins for people carrier both ways. Have used before and will use again, providing their prices remain competitive

No problems, our return was at midnight, it was cold and had to wait about 15 mins for the bus. Its Luton airport with one small bus shelter and nothing else. Not the fault of Carparkz but the airport facilities outside the terminal are not user friendly.

Car-park is very close to airport. Transfers take 15-20 minutes. CarParkz is cheap and confidential.
