I have no complaints. The price was extremely competitive, the process was efficient. The facilities were very basic (no frills), but nothing really amiss. We got our car back as we left it. I'll most probably use this carpark facility again.

I was very pleased with the effecient service, we drove up parked outside removed our luggage, the car was taken away and parked and there was a min bus just arrived to take us to the airport. On the way back the same efficient service, I telephone when we got our luggage and as we walked outside the minibus arrived. I would definitely use them again.

Much cheaper than getting a taxi from north London to Luton or using the airport's parking facilities. The pick up and drop off was quick and efficient with no waiting about in the cold after the holiday!

On return kept waiting out in the open for a transfer for about 1/2 an hour at 11pm. There seemed to be only one bus running and it did not have capacity for all who were waiting, fortunately we did get on as the others will have had another half hour wait. Not what you want on a cold winter's night! The driver was stressed and was not coping well resulting in him being rude to some passengers.

basic car parking facility. Transfers in very old minibus and drivers unhelpful regarding loading and unloading cases. Compared to other Luton car parking charges its very good value.

My only worry was that security appeared not as good as I would have liked bearing in mind that I operated a car storage facility at Heathrow for 20 years. I have quite a lot of experience of how easily it can go wrong and there appeared to be one or two loopholes.

We were very happy with the service and will be using it again in the near future

if unfamiliar with Luton airport it can be awkward though satnav had no problems. Next time of asking it will be a piece of cake. I would certainly use them next time.

An efficient, fairly priced service that is open 24 hours a day. The car was well looked after, and they didn't charge extra money for plane delays that caused us to go into another days parking.

The instructions to the parking lot were a little misleading due to road changes but otherwise easy to use, transfers were on time and overall would use again.

Even though I had suggested our arrival some 50 later than we actually did arrive, my car was there waiting for me at the car park. So far I cannot fault the service.

Staff where very helpful and the experience was very stress free. We where dropped to the airport quickly and collected quick and our car was ready for us when we got back. Would use again.

Parking charges seem to have gone through the roof. For me it was the same price as a taxi, if it goes any higher it won't be worth it.

We chose this company at random. The staff were friendly and efficient. They are very close to the airport and we were transported within 5 minutes of arriving at the car park and on our return to the airport.

Everything was OK except I (along with many other customers) had to wait far too long (in the rain) for the transfer bus back from the airport to the car park after my return flight.

Close to airport,very little waiting,but minibus was standing room only on return.

Easy to find location. Minibus was available to go to the airport immediately, and on return arrived at the airport within 5 mins of me calling them. Would definitely use again.

My rear seats where folded down when I put the car into Car Parkz, because I have been using the car to transport unwanted household equipment to the refuse collection point. On our return the seats were in the upright position. The garage sticker in the rear window was removed. A coat that was in a bag was removed from the bag. A footpump in the rear footwell was moved to the rear. The mileage had gone up by at least 80 miles. I will not be using Car Parkz again

When we arrived back, we were picked up very quickly but were taken to another car park via a different route so we do not really know how far this new carpark is to the airport. It seemed a lot further. Is it?
