i have book 7 days, and when I come back I have been told to pay 2 more days because the agency did book for as only 5 days so I did not understand Hus fault is it !

Just 3 minutes from the terminal at Luton, CarParkz was a very convenient service. Only criticism is that both the gents and the ladies toilets (signed for visitors so they should have been OK) were dirty and unkempt. The actual service to and from the airport could hardly have been quicker or easier. A TomTom Satnav directs you to a factory/warehouse unit 50 yards BELOW the one you want on the hill.

We drove straight into the carpark when we arrived, they helped us park and went out of their way to be helpful, the mini bus was waiting as soon as we had handed our keys into the desk, a very smooth transaction. Arriving home we called to be picked up and the mini bus was there within minutes, we got back to the carparkz picked the keys up and away home we went. Very simple to use like it says on the tin, would use anytime we go via luton again. Thankyou Carparkz

No fuss and simple. Close to the airport and transfers were punctual. I will use again.

After a journey plagued by inefficiency it was a breath of fresh air to return to Luton and find CarParkz providing first class service to ease frayed nerves. Well done.

Left the car and got taken straight away to the airport, which is just minutes away. On the way home, we called them once we had gone through baggage and Customs and by the time we walked to the parking area (approximately 2 minutes), there was a van waiting for us and the chap loaded our luggage on and took us to the office immediately. So much better than our last experience with another (cheaper) company, who just looked at us as we loaded our luggage and just made a comment to the effect that the cases looked heavy ! As we are women travelling on our own, we would definitely use this company again.

To hand over car was very quick & easy. Bus waiting for us to transfer to airport. Not far anyway (600 m). Someone else had already rung CarParkz on our arrival back, so hardly any wait. No damage to car on return. Service prompt & car already waiting for us parked in front of CarParkz building. Summary - service very acceptable &, most importantly, cheap. Will definitely use them again.

Popped off to the South of France for a couple of days and was sceptical and dubious about using one of the cheapie companies to park with. Much to my satisfaction, all was well...very basic facilities but excellent no fuss service and fast responsive transfer enabled us to catch a flight we nearly missed due to an accident on the M1. The drop off was only 2 minutes from the terminal and there was a well need ed toilet close by. If you don't mind basic and do like prompt and cheap this one is a winner!

The dropoff and pickup zone is makes ir a very timely service at Luton Airport. Easy drop off, easy pickup and timely transfers. I'm a frequent flyer and this is one of the best airport carpark services I've experienced.

Car park fairly easy to find (considering it was dark), very smooth, efficient service - straight onto transfer bus on arrival and once we arrived back, the bus arrived to pick us up within 5 mins of our call. Would definitely be my choice when flying from Luton in the future.

The reception is not that obvious place to find but the staff were helpful and patient to explain in detail how to find the place over the phone. Once at the reception they were very efficient to organise the transfer. Overall I am pleased I discovered them and will definitely use them in future.

Staff were helpful, transfers punctual and quick. On our return to Luton, the weather conditions were bad - snow and ice but the transfer coach arrived within minutes of our call.

Transit to the airport from the drop-off point was very efficient and this was at 4 am in heavy snow and ice. The staff were very helpful and we were asked to telephone them on leaving the baggage reclaim on our return journey and were told we would be met at the same place as we were dropped off - just outside the airport. This worked very well.

I have used Carparkz at Luton airport twice now. I booked on the internet both times, and both times they couldn't retrieve my booking initially. The second time they could not find my booking at all, and I had forgotten to bring my print out, but the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed me to leave the car with minimal fuss and stress. I then forwarded my paperwork and the problem was resolved. Extremely friendly, helpful service and I would recommend it, especially as the cars are parked under cover,very helpful during icy weather.

EasyJet cancelled my flight, so never used CarParkz. Not sure whether there is any opportunity to receive a refund, any advice welcome

great value for money todate, i park my car at least twice a yaer for the last 15 years

I telephoned as arranged on my return and was told that there was a bus waiting but may leave before I arrived and if so they would send another bus.The bus had left and a number of people including me were left waiting in the rain for a bus that only came after several phone calls were made.
