Short Term Parking reviews

I was travelling with my mother and father who are elderly. The car park was close to the terminal, and there were plenty of disabled spaces available. My only critism is that there is nowhere to drop disabled people outside the terminal, so you have to phone for assistance, or they have to walk. I pre-booked on the internet, and was plesantly surprised at the cost of parking. Would use this car park again.

Found the shortterm parking rate the best - all went very smoothly. Will use again.

Automatic exit did not work and attendant had no record of my name or registration. Booking ref needed to exit otherwise full price charged

My ticket wouldn't let me out, asked for £150 - had to talk to an attendant to get out

proximity to Luton airport - good parking surface - very, very poor (uneven surface, potholes and poorly marked bays) size of parking spaces - very tight, expected scratches or dents on return no trolleys to put cases onto to get into airport couldn't get out of barrier exit initially... displayed charge of £230 for the 1 week stay I had already paid for! (car-park staff via intercom ok and helpful though)

easy on line booking. Turned up on the wrong day, customer services where very good I didnt incur extra charges, I had expected too as it was my fault. Very good, helpful team thank you

Will use easy parking again for trips abroad in the future. Easy to use service. my flight was delayed on the way home and they help sort out additional charges with no problems

Very easy access and parking. Best airport in England to get to, park, and access the terminal.

Returned to the car to find a flat battery. Found a member of staff who contacted a man in a van with battery and jump leads. Car was started in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic service.

Easy to book online. Easy to enter and leave the car park. Easy to get to the terminal
