Easy booking and very reasonable. Car park very close to airport with only a 5 min coach transfer. Would use again and recommend to others.

I was disappointed to have to wait more than 20 mins on the transfer at each end. Not sure if I was just unlucky but it was annoying. Also, despite pre paying, the number plate recognition did not work and I had to call for assistance at the exit barrier.

After my prewious experience,most importent for me it is that iI can keep my car keys with me. Car park is safe and not complicate.

To begin with the website was very user friendly breaking down details of each parking in a very simple & structured layout. The directions given with your confirmation was accurate and it became easy to find the parking. Also the transfers were hassle free.

Easy to find and access. Bus appeared staight away, quick trip into airport. Good return trip to car park. Would diffently use again.

Easy to find and use, no issues. Simple to get in and leave (just approach the barrier and it opened) return bus transfer was a long wait for a rude driver but I would use this site again

Apart from waiting almost 30 for transfer on arrival at Luton, I was very happy with the price and service

No problems on arrival and straight on the bus, longer wait for the bus for the return due to traffic problems close to the airport (not their fault), had to contact the operator via the contact button on the gate to get out of the carpark as the system did not reconise my reg no. or surname - no problem one booking ref was provided.

We had trouble finding a space despite signage, on our return we had to wait for 30 mins for transfer from the airport to the long term parking as the buses were full and around 30 people waiting, then on exit after queueing for several mins we were incorrectly attempted to be charged £78 and told we were at the wrong car park! The operator was most insistant so thank goodness we kept our email receipt as proof .Other drivers seemed to have similar problems or the gates were not working correctly.Will not use again.

No instructions for pre-paid customers at entrance barrier. Parking OK - but parking surface poor(loose stones). Too long a wait for bus to terminal. On return ... Only a short wait to bus from terminal (good!), but extremely long and very frustating wait for exit in car from car park - due to cars in front of me having problems at the exit barriers. (Perhaps, again partly due to lack of clear instuctions?) The number plate recognition system failed to recognise my car. The custome service intercom was not answered quickly and was very poor quality (kept cutting out). The guy at the other end of it seemed to be 'snowed under'/stressed-out!

Outgoing transfer was good but unfortunately on the return journey after a 41/2 hour flight we had to wait over 30 min for the bus to the parking at 1:30 in the morning and it was cold. The bus was then packed and overflowing with luggage and some of it was falling of the racks, luckily know one was injured but it was close. Also pretty rude bus driver. It was confusing that the bus shelter notice stated not to put our ticket into the machine when leaving but when we got to the exit there was no other option so we put the ticket in and hoped for the best and thankfully the barrier opened. At the price we paid I would use the service again.

The only downside was trying to get on the bus on our return. It was very late and lots of people just stampede you to get on and then don't even move up the bus! With 3 cases, 4 hand luggage and 2 small children it might be worth getting picked up directly

The service is very easy to use: it does not require you to remember codes or bring lots of paperwork. The long-term car park is well signed, secure and the bus service is friendly and reliable. For airport parking it is cheap.

Reasonably fast transfer. Car park was a bit neglected looking with poor gravelly surface. Otherwise fine though, automated entrance system worked well and it looked reasonably secure.

Car parked from 12 noon until 9pm the following day and cost £22.As a regular customer,I was surprised at the cost,which I feel has increased in recent months. In addition,despite booking in advance,I was unable to leave the car park without assistance.The barrier would not open when I inserted my ticket.

Overall we were satisfied with the service. If it had not been for the difficulty getting out of the park we would have marked it best. The problem was that the barrier would not raise when ticket entered and a ridiculous overdue sum shown. When we arrived at the barrier there were already three cars having the same problem, and two following us. Inserting card failed to alert a response and certainly the three cars in front of us also had to make a mobile call to prompt action.

coming from the midlands a long drive price could come down abit £50 i paid £75 in the end add that to my fuel at £40 there and back. I could have flown with swiss air from bham airport

The ANPR made entry smooth and quick. Although it was raining on our arrival at the car park, there was space under the small shelter at the bus stop. When I came to collect the car after my flight back to UK, there was a slightly longer than anticipated wait from about 2015 outside the terminal for the bus to arrive, but the driver was very quick to apologise and to get everyone back to the car park smoothly. At the exit, the markings out of the car park and the lack of a sign at the bottom end (I was parked against the fence at the bottom end) led to some hesitation on my part as to the correct route near the exit gate. Definitely a worthwhile and value-for-money option!
