I have travelled from various airports, including Luton, a number times using other parking services and other travelling methods, ie. coach and trains, but the long term parking service offered here was definitely the best parking option. It was fantastic value for money and I think I spent a maximum time of ten minutes in total when dropping off and collecting my car. I would recommend this service to everyone - well done

A queue formed at 12.30 in the morning as the ticket did not allow you through the barrier. Instead you had to contact the controller who was not very quick in lifting the barrier. Waited over 20 minutes for the transfer both ways.

Was let in and out of the car park with no fuss, despite stern warnings that I might be overcharged if late. Shuttle bus was a bit packed....and tedious at 4am but it could have been worse

Luckily it wasn't raining for us, but apparently my parents had to wait for nearly half an hour in the pouring rain 3 days prior. Not good!!!

I was quite happy with the charge as it was on offer. Going to the airport, the driver refused to pick us up on one side of the bus stop and told us to walk across, can't see why he couldn't pick us up as he was going same direction, not like going backward! he then drove like about 10mph in and leaving the car park as well. Coming back I assume I had to just insert my ticket and we should be able to drive out but instead we had to call for help which took ages but finally got out. Why could we not just go through when we left the car park as you already had our booking and our number plate on card. The drivers were unfriendly as well which most people complained on the bus but at the end of the day i guess it was only the transport we needed. It would have been nice for the drivers to at least say good morning or good afternoon as it does not cost anything to be polite

i had no trouble at all onthe way in and also on the way out, my car was all right, i'm just happy i've used this service, next time i will do same thing

waited for 1hour for bus to airport. staff were offhand, luckily had booked in on line,had allowed suggested time plus more ,arrived as flight was being called. transfer back to carpark only a little better

The park was easy to find as were spaces. Transfers were within times given. It was value for money parking.

The automated process is great - no hanging around. The road surface is pretty rough in places and the some of the road markings are hard to read in the dark/wet but overall very efficient and good value. Will certainly use again.

Usually use the on airport parking at Luton as it is a quick and effective service for the price. Also, the gosimply.com booking service was easy to use and the best price available.

Car park check in/out simple, car park surface slighly broken, lighting could be improved to help finding parking spaces when dark. Car park well signposted and transfers frequent and on time.

All I can say is that, after a long flight home. I was looking forward to getting to my car and go home. We arived at the bus stop but before getting on the bus it was too full. Not a problem, We waited for the next bus to arive, being first in the que was a bonus. Unfortunately the bus driver drove passed un to the middle of a long que. Yes too us a while to get on. Not only did we get on, we were crammed on like sardines in a tin. If the was an accident god help us. Not only that, being dropped at one of the first stops, found it very difficult to het to our cases and when we did, it would of took a contortionist to get them off without hurting anybody. I was discusted to come back to England and find that our health and saftey is now better than those of abroad. Out of 10 I would give it a 3. car was ok But very very dissopointed with the rest. Will find someone to drop me off next time. Glyn

Difficult to find a spare space in the car park. There should be more shelter at the bus stop outside the terminal when waiting for the bus to the LTCP, and a COUNTDOWN on the bus stops so you know when the next bus is due.

the weather was dreadful on our return, so because of the inadequate bus shelter and length of wait for a bus, we and our luggage were soaked ...when the bus finally arrived, my husband who is partially disabled and myself managed to get on the bus but the rest of the family were left to wait on the pavement...the wait was so long for another bus they eventually took a taxi to the car park at the cost of £8..so all in all not a good end to what was a splendid holiday.

Coach picked us up punctually when leaving uk but when we returned home the coach did not arrive for collection. Had it not been for the driver of the staff coach realising that passengers were still waiting for pick up, and changed his route to accomodate us, the wait could have been much longer. Maybe there was a problem with the original coach? Having said this we would still us the long term park again

Drove round for 10 minutes looking for a space, even though we had booked in advance. At one point, I thought we wouldn't get one. Finally one car left and we grabbed the space before 4 other cars that were also looking Waited over half an hour for coach transfer each way. Most expensive long-term parking in the country

This is a very useful service with excellent transfers and friendly staff. We did feel that our car was in a secure space during our break. On a negative side, the state of the parking surface and the road leading to the car park was full of potholes and not a great friend to our 'old style' mini.
