The car parking surface (weeds, large size aggregate etc.) is the worst of London's 5 airports) and shelters are too small to accommodate more than 8 to 10 people with their luggage. Before we arrived, I was apprehensive about reviewers comments on lengthy delays between transfers, but although we arrived in a downpour, we only had to wait for 5 minutes for bus. but people arriving at shelter shortly after us had to wait outside in pouring rain under umbrellas (without which they would have been soaked). On return, again only very short wait, and larger cleaner bus. So in summary, very efficient, but more needs to be done to parking surface and enlargement of bus stop shelters.

Please check the directions given, because we ended up in the waste / recycling compound after following to the letter the directiond given. Good job we had arrived early enough.

All went well. Buses are punctual, close to airport and price is o..k.. wouldve prefered a bit cheaper, but oh well!

When we arrived back to Luton went to find the desk in arrivals to get our car parking ticket validated. Buidling work was obviously going on and a notice had been put up to say go straight to the car park and enter ticket on exit. We did this, but the themachine asked us for 90.00!! We then pressed the 'help' button and the barrier was lifted after we gave the booking reference number. As the booking had been made electronically, why weren't we e-mailed as to the new procedure prior to departure. This would have saved us time and hassle on our return we we were already tired. We found this part of the service very disappointing.

I just think it' a little harsh that people are charged for whole days even if they are parking for only part of the day. 36 for 3.5 days a little on the steep side.

No problems, easy enough in and out. Only worry was when I took ticket for pink car park, I was worried that I had gone into the wrong car park and I might be charged by another company. It was ok though, on return a member of staff was by gate to assist. Might be worth pointing out to customers the procedure in and out, and to have documents readily available. Would use again without doubt.

We had to wait a long time for the Bus to pick us up on our way home to get our car. We had a 15-20 minute wait.

Car park surface, had lots of large stones which made it difficult to pull the suitcase from the bus to the car.

easy to book and convenient, but we had to wait 15mins for the transfer to the airport.

Unfortunately our experience was not a good one. When we parked we had to wait 20 minutes for a transfer bus and on the way home we had to wait over 30 minutes for a transfer bus back to the car park. All other car parks i have parked at have had buses running every 5-10 minutes and have been cheaper than this one so we felt we did not get value for money.

The ammendment of not having to validate your parking ticket at the desk should have been forwarded to me,as i did not know it was to be done at the exit barrier.I understand this arrangement is about to change,i hope this will be described in your future advertisment.

Watch out for 'suggested' fee to exit - I paid in advance (15) for a weekend away, and was asked for a further 42.?? on exit - fortunately a man in a hi-viz coat understood my problem & let me out for the fee I'd already paid - but it was a pain. Also short of signage - I appreciate that you don't operate this car park, but there was no comfort to reassure me I'd parked in the correct place - and was rushing for a flight ....

As I was only away for a weekend and I was on a tight time schedule, the fact that I was able to turn up park and be in the terminal in a short period of time was excellent.

We were initially confused by the signposts to the Pink Long Term Parking area. Reading the instructions, we were looking for the word 'Pink' Long Term Parking on the sign posts but eventually realised that the squares containing a capital letter 'P' were actually coloured a very faded pink and were what we should be following. We then found the car park OK. On our return the instructions displayed at the bus stop no. 2 outside Luton were confusing as they referred to a non-existant manned 'Service desk' inside the terminal. Instead there were two machines into which to insert one's parking ticket (if one hadn't lost it which one had unfortunately) and the ticket would then be validated for use at the exit barrier. The 'Help' button on the machines was useful and the man at the other end was very helpful and said that since we knew our booking reference (phew - we had kept the email confirmation and instructions) we should get the bus to our car, drive to the barrier, press the 'Help' button at the car park exit barrier, quote the reference and would be let out. We were able to do this and exit the car park without any difficulty. Our car was fine but the car park was rather dark at 01:00 in the morning.

We mislaid our reference number and at half past four in the morning were somewhat apprehensive. In the event we just paid again by Visa and I phoned through at 9 and got the money refunded (same day refund). It also showed us what a good deal we were getting compared to the normal parking cost (saved over 40%).

For the first time using airport parking, I have to say that I have had a brillant experience. It was easy to book online and each step was confirmed and clarified before moving to the next step. I received confirmation via email and the parking voucher with plenty of time before I was due to leave the country. On arriving at the parking area, you just took a ticket and found a space. There was someone driving around checking cars were parked correctly and checking cars were safe and secure. There was plenty of lighting and loads of bus stops within the car park. The buses were very frequent and regular and could take plenty of passengers if required. It dropped my holiday group just down from Luton Aiport departures which I thought was ideal as one of my group is disabled. Coming back into the country I did have a few problems as I was advised by the paperwork that you need to validate your parking ticket prior to going back to your car just outside of arrivals. After being advised by a member of staff and directed to the APOCA hut then told because I had paid for my parking on line, all I had to do was return to my car and someone would be onsite to open the gate. On arrival to the carpark, true to his word, there was someone ready on the gate waiting for customer's, like myself. The gentleman checked my paperwork and opened the gate accordingly. I would definitely recommend this service and will definitely be using it again in the near future.
