Very good parking facility with friendly staff and transfer service it made the parking safer and easier

Able to park by a bus stop (handy for late night return trip). kids delighted to bag back seat of tranfer bus both ways! all ran very smoohly. 4 very satisfied customers this time.

Lighting was extremely poor and there was an absence of signed indicating where to park. Arriving very early in the morning after parking there was no room on the bus as it full of staff. Having pre-booked it was imposible to find the pre-booking office to validate my ticket. The signs showing where the parking ticket machines were was not clear - they were in a different direction from indicated. Having the machines out in the rain where everyone is crowding around for buses at poorly marked signed is not a good idea. All in all my return through Luton was a nightmare and I will avoid that airport whereever possible!

Car park wasn't too far - less than 10 mins transfer. Didn't have to wait at all for transfer in and only 5 mins for transfer back. No queue to get ticket validated in the terminal. Car parking is a rip off but this was, relatively, a good deal

The hardest part was finding the correct carpark. The situation could be improved by showing more directions to "Pink Car Park" rather than some fading colours

From start to finish car parking was made easy, after a long flight home you just need to get to your and get home, Long Term (Pink) parking made that happen, Thank you

the price per day for a longer periods works quite expensive so at some point i would consider it cheaper to get other forms of transport to airport, the car park itself was a bit dark and there were not that many free spaces, i have a big car so it took a while to find the space, but the buses are runing often enough, the time it takes to get to the terminal is reasonable and presence of staff on return at the airport is reassuring and convenient

It was rather difficult to find a space initially, but from then on very easy and straightforward. Would use again.

We left our car for a 3 day trip and the best thing was the convenient coaches which came quite regularly to pick up staff from the car park. The area seemed safe and pricing was quite reasonable for a short stay.

Whilst the buses ran to and from the airport on a reasonably frequent basis the parking area is not zoned so you waste a lot of time driving around looking for a space. As these are often not wide enough cars have to park within two parking bays . Consequently adequate spaces were at a premium. The parking bays are covered in shingle and that makes it hard to wheel cases across to reach a convenient bus stop.The exit signs from the car park are poorly marked. I shall be avoiding this car park in the future!!!

Used previously in mid term. Easy to locate, park and transfer to airport terminal. On the return journey we had to wait a while for a bus...which in the cold probably felt longer than it actually was.. and the coach was very crowded. Would still use this service again.

All worked very well. The only comment I would make would be that it would be beneficial to have more obvious road signs with Pink Parking on rather than just long term paking. At one point we and others were not sure if we were at the right car park. Other than that it was great value for money. I will use it again

Helpful driver stopped and picked us up - away from the actual bus stop itself when he saw us. Signage could be better on return to find the correct stop. The driver had pointed it out to us, on our outbound trip, but several other people were confused as to where the stop was.

would be nice if driver helped with small hints ie have you taken note of your pick up point and on return have you payed for your ticket before you get back to the car park.simple things but helpful

Quite a long way from the terminal but that's reflected in the price. Transfer was efficient and prompt.

No probs, would use this parking again. Although park is very large, plently of bus stops and ID posts so easy to find car on return !

Our flight returned early morning later than scheduled and the bus was there waiting to take my family to the car park. Straight in the car and straight home. all good.

was very pleased with the booking was simple to book and use, the parking was clearly marked at the airport and the transfers quick and frequent. The only problem we had was on our return was not to sure how to use the ref number we had been given, tried to enquire at the ticket machines outside of arrivals but no joy, took a chance and drove up to the exit barrier and pressed the button ther and the guy lifted the barrier there once we gave the ref number to him.

Be aware that the car park is quite far from airport, so allow extra time, especially with the road works on the M1 and improvements to airport approach road. I had difficulty finding a parking space as many cars were not properly parked, leaving very tight spaces, which can be frustrating when you know that you still have to reach the airport.
