the two issues i had were that there was no attendant at the car park so i was a bit concerned that i was following the right procedure and not leaving my keys or booking in. The other big problem is that when the coach took us back to the car park after our holiday the coach was full and the driver still stopped within the carpark to pick up the people that were waiting to go to the terminal. There was no room for people to get on but still we were stopping and squeezing people on. It would have made more sense to drop the people off first and then collect the people who were waiting to go to the terminal. We must not forget the fact every body had at least 2 suitcases so getting on and off at the same time was danderous at least.......

I pre-booked a space at the Pink car park, paying in advance. On arrival at the car park i was told by staff that the car park was nearly if not already full and wasn't guaranteed a space. This wasn't accepatble. I then spent 20 minutes looking for a space. Fortunately one was 'created' by a helpful staff member. If this hadnt happened I dont think I would have found a space. I booked the space as it was near the airport and when travelling with a small child, you try to make your life as easy as possible. This wasnt the case with this booking and to arrive with a timetable in mind to catch a flight, to be told there may not be room available is not acceptable. This was the one thing that let the flight from Luton down. I wont be using this service again and would not reccomend it.

The car park is easy to find although finding a vacant space took a while - too many cars were parked on the ends of rows making it harder than it might have been to get around. The transfers to and from the airport were very prompt and drivers courteous. Also, if you have pre-paid don't enter your credit card into any machines - just collect a ticket as you enter the car park and validate it on your return at the NCP desk on your way out of Arrivals before jumping on the bus!

early morning flights you should put more buses on we had to wait for 30mins for a busand was jammed packed people had to wait again for another bus. You need to mark the areas more for exit people park in them and is anightmare to get out I know stanstead is newer but take some them on the pink elephant car park.

Got asked at gate if we had pre-booked, which we had. Did not need to show proof of this. Followed the signs for spaces, and these did not exist. People were parking on access lanes all around the car park. It would appear that people were just claiming to have pre-booked when they hadnt. Had to wait some time on the bus, which then got stuck at the exit barrier for another 5 minutes

The long term car park was so full on my return, most of the exit gangways were blocked with parked cars. It took me 15 mins to find a way out of the maze!I would imagine a fire there would be catstrophic as there appeared to be no control over access.

We were very disappointed. We booked this and paid more as close to airport and frequent buses. Would never use again, Car park almost full and we had to park so close to other cars I had to get out before car was parked as no room to open door when parked. On return we waited nearly 40 minutes for a bus and only just got on.

Good car parking and I found a decent sized space. Some of the ground surface has some loose stones but not all over the car park. Bus service fairly regular even at early hours of the morning. Pre booked tickets must be validated at the NCP desk at the airport after arriving back in the country. The NCP desk is not easily visible when entering the arrivals hall as it is just round a corner. Seek and thou shall find! My car was undamaged when I returned a week later which I was happy about! Good overall experience.

didn't have to wait long for shuttle service, which is brilliant as where I've parked in the past, I've ended up getting a taxi as I'd missed the last shuttle and it would be a 40 minute wait for the next one. It was very busy when we arrived and it took a while to find a space but all in all it was great and have already booked again for a stay next month

Arrived to find long stay, some considerable way from terminal. Whena rrived, advised at entrance that parking had been double booked (a good number of customers). Re-routed with a handout letter to the mid-term parking. This was good as much closer, so bus transfer quicker, and didn't have to pay extra as waived. Overall experience as a result quite acceptable, but really need to improve the lighting on all parks at night.

Having never used Luton Airport before, I was quite stressed about getting there on time and finding the car park. The pink car park was sign posted and it was very easy to find. There were plenty of spaces and after parking, it was obvious that customers would not have to walk far to the bus stop to get the transfer to the airport. The bus arrived within 5 minutes and it took about 7 minutes to get to the airport. Coming back was just as easy. I validated my ticket at the NCP desk where the staff were very helpful and directed me to the correct bus stop which was right outside the arrivals exit. Again the bus arrived within 5 minutes and the driver made sure that people got off at the right stop by checking exactly which car park zone we wanted. All in all - I would definitely park there again and would recommend the pink car park as value for money to anyone considering using it.

Right from the point of booking the car park to the point I retured home with out any problems. Did not see any security cameras, may be I did not specifically looked for it. Transfer either ways was very efficient (less than 5 mins wait). Overall grreat experience.

The first problem we occurred was finding the car park in the first place - we seemed to drive around the airport for ages before stumbling across it. The coach transfer to the airport on departure was fine, possibly due to luck as we turned up just when a coach did. On return from our holiday, the transfer was a nightmare - we waited at least 20 minutes, despite the service claiming to be every 10, and by this time a large amount of other passengers had arrived to wait for the coach, and this led to a rugby scrum to get on when it finally did arrive. Also, the driver was quite rude to some people in packing people in like sardines to get as many on as possible. Furthermore, when we then tried to leave the car park, the exit sign actually took us to a dead end, meaning we had to find our own way out of the massive car park - no easy feat! Overall, this level of service would be expected from a cheapest on the market, fly by night operator, but I actually paid more for NCP thinking it would provide a better service - I won't be doing that again!

the bus that drops off on return also picks up on the way round the car park , this means that people with luggage to take off at the car park find that people who have just got on to go to the airport have stacked their luggage on top, this causes a lot of stress the bus should drop off first then pick up returning passengers

It would have helped had I been told somewhere on the information I was given, I booked online, that I needed to validate my ticket at the terminal before I could exit. This would have made the getting away process more efficient. I asked the driver of the bus whether I needed to do this (before leaving the terminal). He said he didn't know. So your drivers could be a little more informed also. Otherwise no problem.

Arrival and parking was fine except that for such a large car park there were an in-sufficient number of pick-up points and no staff available to help find available parking spaces. The return journey was, however, absolutely dire! I had already experienced a 5 hour delay in my flight, and arrived back at Luton to find that I then had to stand in a queue for nearly half an hour just to validate my car park ticket. Firstly this completely invalidates the advantage of booking parking online. Secondly, why does NCP not have a simple system for inserting your ticket into a machine which can then verfiy that you have pre-paid! There were a substantial number of extremely disgruntled customers who experienced the same appaling service as myself. They need to get this sorted a.s.a.p. otherwise there is no chance I will book this parking again for future journeys. (I will probably instead go pack to Purple Parking where you simply leave the car with them, they park it for you and it is immediately ready for you when you return. They are further from the airport - hence my decision not to use them this time - but if this is the only disadvantage then they are definitely the better option in future.

thank god theres not going to be a new run way as Luton isnt handling present capacity. from NCP side we had to wait half an hour for the conection and then at least 50 people were left behind - woul;d have been quicker to walk. Also by now the transit vehicles should be electric, especially over this distance. would use another provider next time

Egress is very CONFUSING! Having pre-paid there was no indication of this. It then became like parking in a typical town multi-storey car park: Take your ticket & pay for how many hours you have stayed. Should the ticket have been validated in the airport?? No indication of this?? Needs simplified clarification for those who pre-pay.

The only really bad point about the booking (and it was really unacceptable) was the amount of time we had to wait for a transfer coach from the car park to the airport. The coach took just over 30 mins to arrive which is completely unacceptable. Luckily there were no huge queses when we finally got into the airport but if the queses had of been longer we would have been in dnager of missing our flight. Also when we pressed the buzzer to speak to one of the staff, he was very irritated and told us there was nothing we could do and that we would have to wait. On the website it syays that transfers are every 10 minutes and although we stated this to the gentleman we spoke to he argued and said that they were every 15 mins - not that any of that mattered really as it ended being over 30. Also the cached would be much better if there were 2 doors as in most other airports - loading and unloading passengers and bags from one door was not very good. Finally, there was not enough luggage space on the coach

Despite being quite far from the terminal, the bus service is very good, so I didn't have any problems at all. I would definitely choose it again. The only thing I could point out (apart from the price!!) is that during the night is not very well lit; this could be an issue especially if you are a lady on your own. So, if you can, just park as close as possible to the bus stop!
