Car park is easy to find, don't have to wait long for a bus to take you to a terminal, overall very good. Would recommend using this car park.

Car park was easy to find, lighting was good, car was safe. We didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus. But we landed at 2330hrs and arrived back at the car park at 0030hr, but when I booked I had to pay a whole days parking for one hour. It would be good if you allowed for this. Otherwise brilliant.

As you approach Luton Airport the road signs to the Pink Long Term Car park were clear and enabled me to find it without a problem. Having parked and unloaded the luggage it was a short walk to a bus stop where a bus soon arrived. The transfer to the terminal went smoothly and was not overlong. On my return I presented my pre-paid voucher number and ticket to the helpful staff in the terminal building and had it was validated without a problem. Signs to the long term parking bus stop were adequate and I had no more that a 2 minute wait for a transfer bus to arrive.

Not best pleased. Came back to the car after a long wait in passport control, then another long wait for the bus only to find two dents in the side of the car. Not convinced reporting it would do any good so put it down to experience. I will think twice before using you again. Will not be recommending you. Purple parked at Gatwick a few years ago and had no problem.

It should be more obvious that you need to remember which bus stop you got on when you leave your car. I remembered L15 but not the number of the bus stop.

Pleased with the service. Had trouble finding a space initially but when we went in the opposite direction to the arrows pointing towards spaces we found some! Just missed a suttle bus and had to wait a while but on returning after our holiday, service at the desk was quick and efficient. Don't forget to write down pick up point number so you can remember where car is on your return!

Good to have disabled parking and a seat for disabled on the transfer bus. However, the disabled seats were always occupied by non-disabled who never offered to give up their seat to my daughter with her crutches. Perhaps the seats could be better labelled so people do not automatically take them before other unoccupied seats.

When you arrive you go through a standard parking barrier. It isn't clear if you need a ticket or to insert your credit card. There is no one on site to assist. it was a little confusing but not enough to stop be recommending it to another person.

It would help if you didn't need to produce anymore documentation than the credit card you paid on and the parking ticket. After a long flight the brain isn't at its best and the staff on duty are less than helpfull.

3 ladies travelling together (one in Wheelchair) able to park in disabled bays close to terminal and ticket validated on return and straight out of airport. No hassle. Brilliant. Thanks

Easy to find, the coach pick & drop runs often both ways. Validation of ticket in teminal is easy. Just park and go knowing only you were driving your car, just remember your bus stop and zone!

On our arrivel at the NCP desk we were told to go to bus stop 2 to get the bus to the Long stay carpark. The wrong bus turned up at our bus stop and took us to the wrong carpark!!!

The problem i found was that although the actual transfer took just 5 mins as advertised, it really took much longer both ways, because when the bus arrived, it stoped and waited 10 minutes to wait for passengers before departing. Thus - 15 to 20 mins transfer time from the bus arriving.

Great service which we have used several times now and always find that it cuts the return journey time down by loads, especially when you are arriving late at night with small ones in tow. Only suggestion would be to please bring in prepayment so that you do not have to start rooting around for paperwork when you get back to the airport and then have to queue to pay. This would be the icing on the cake. Mnay thanks for a great service

Found parking space close to coach stop and had to wait about 10 minutes for a coach (5pm). Plenty of space for luggage and passengers on coach. On return, airport staff were not helpful when validating ticket - poor manner. Coach waiting outside terminal, left quickly. Car just as we'd left it. Whole experience stress free.

Instructions had changed when I turned up. Instructed NOT to enter payment card but to take a ticket and confirm payment at manned desk in terminal on return. Apart from initial confusion,it was smooth.

Once you got to the car park, everything was great, but getting to the car park was not straightforward - signs could be better. I had to ask whether I was in the right car park.

We waited a good fifteen mins. on our return for the shuttle bus back to the car. The queue was very long and everybody struggled to get on board. We only had light luggage but others had huge cases and there were pushchairs as well. It was a nightmare and it also took ages to get off at our stop. Surely it would be possible at little extra expense to put extra buses on at busy times or invest in bendy buses which First Capital Connect usefor the transfer to Luton Airport Parkway station. Failing that have somebody at the airport stop to regulate the boarding during busy periods.
