Parked my car early in the morning at 4:00 AM. It is understandable that at this odd hour there is no presence of any car park staff. However there is no board or information for people who have pre-paid and pre-booked parking on websites like simplyparking.co.uk. For a moment I was worried if I will be asked to pay more at my return. Otherthan this everything else was quick and pleasant. Got a bus transfer immediately to the airport. While return too, the parking card got validated at airport terminal in no time and after 10mins wait we got the bus transfer back to car park. Overall I would say good value for money.

Waited 15 mins for a shuttle bus (it seems there is only one vehicle). Passengers waiting at last stop in car park could not get on bus as it was too crowded. Suggest you park as far away from the gate as possible if you want to get on the bus.

This is a first-class service once you know where to find the car park and remember that you need your booking number when collecting you exit ticket. Have something warm to wear while waiting for the return bus.

Staff helpful when we forgot to validate our ticket on return. Good sized spaces in car park. Bus shelters too small for the number of people waiting. Transfers were at least 20 minutes in both directions.

On arrival back I queued to gain my validation ticket to find that when I got to the desk I had to have the voucher as the entry ticket on it's own wasn't enough. So I had to go and find my partner and queue again. This wasn't made clear and the person behind the desk seemed disinterested.

You pay for what you get. What you get is secure parking and a regular bus service - we did not have to wait at all for both journeys but we may have been just lucky.

At Stanstead barrier automticaly recognises your number plate.When I couldnt give my reference no.Had to advise unhelpfull microphone attendant what my name was standing in the freezing cold im order to get out. Barrier process needs updating, staff attitde needs to change.

Good value for money; had a few questions about the parking before we left, staff were extremely helpful and efficient dealing with requests. Transfers to airport very good, even bus driver was cheerful even though we had an early flight pick-up at around 3 in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

From reserving our place online to returning from our holiday and having our ticket stamped at the NCP booth at Luton, we found everything ran smoothly. The rates were good value, too

Very easy. Didn't have to wait long for a bus either on way out or return and only a short journey. The only criticism was the lack of luggage space on the bus coming back - there ended up being bags all down the aisle.

Although getting to the carpark was easy the information about gaining access to the carpark should be amended as it doesn't correspond with what actually happens and there is nobody on duty to ask. Fortunately we found the validation desk in the arrivals hall on return from holiday and were able to exit the carpark successfully.

As long as people read the details and use the correct card I can see no problems.However,it suggests you leave keys and report to office on arrival-no office to be seen-bus driver said there was no need-no knowledge of this procedure.No problem on our return except we had to ask for assistance to raise barrier-voice on other end os assist button a bit"jobsworth" Luckily I had all the paperwork/ref no etc and we were let out-they tried to charge us £70 until I produced all the details of my online booking

it was confusing when we first arrived as according to my print out there would be a manned post where you should take your car also we expected more of a secure parking arrangement

No staff were in sight in the actual car park, so good thing we had no queries. Had to take a ticket instead of inserting credit card, as initially istructed, to obtain entry. The ticked then had to be carefully looked after while we were away or we would not have been able to exit on our return.

Well sign-posted on arrival to airport, easy to park and only waited a couple of minutes for transfer. On return, pouring with rain, bus stop well located and able to keep dry. Again, only waited a few minutes for transfer and car park well lit to enable easy location of vehicle.

Easy booking online,easy parking and good transfers to and from car park. But very dissapointed with the conduct of an air crew who was getting a lift back to their cars,we were sat at the back of the bus where all the seats were empty waitting for the bus to fill when 5 air crew jumped on but would not move to the back of the bus even when asked by another one of your customers trying to get on with a case and only 1 air crew moved to the rear seats when asked again by the driver.This led to the bus leaving the airport being half empty and leaving a que of your customers at the stop.If I was 1 of them I would not be booking another car park after seeing my bus to the car park which I had qued for driving off half empty just because of these aircraft crew jumping the que and not moving along the bus to let more on.

I think that there should be more signs on the car park to tell customers where to go once parked up. We got to the parking when it was dark and we where lucky to be able to follow the person in front of us who had used this parking before and new where the bus stop was.

When I arrived it refused to take the debit card I had used to pay online and when I left I had to pay £12.50 to get out. There was no sign of any member of staff to discuss my predicament, it was 11.00pm and I was desperate to get home. Am I entitled to a refund as I have now paid twice??

The only problem with using this car park was the information provided before arriving - the information on the confirmation e-mail was incorrect, so I thought I had parked in the wrong car park - which is quite distressing because, by then, there is nothing that can be done about it. The information said that on arrival at the car park to proceed to the office or be guided by staff - neither of which exist at this site. This information needs to be updated. Having said that, the directions on how to get to the car park are fine and are the only indication that you are in the right place.
