The signage for Pink long term was non existant when we arrived. we spent about 3/4 hour trying to locate the park. We in the end, had to ask an airport employee where it was. Apparently contractors had not done their job and signs had been covered over!!! Not a pleasant experience. The bus driver was sarcastic about my plight until I explained the seriousness of things. Stones werre all over the road and parking area and we saw one car that had had its window smashed so not sure about security!

We arrived at 6am and there were no spaces anywhere! We drove round and round, but nothing. We had to half park on the end of a row. This had taken some time and we were cutting it fine. We then had to wait 15 mins for a bus! We were getting a bit stressed by this time. The return was better as a bus came quite quickly and off we went. However, be warned, paying for your ticket at the desk, they do not accept card payments!! I was astounded. Who comes back from holiday with a stack of cash to pay for parking?!

We arrived at Luton long term car park with our children ready for our half term break and were told by the girl attendant that the car park was full and that it was closed. We explained that we had pre-booked and she just shrugged her shoulders. We asked if there was space in the mid-term car pak and she said "No" and shrugged her shoulders again. She reluctantly let us into the car park where there was not a single free space and we had to move bollards and park the car on a corner where we feared it may get bumped by the transfer buses (it didn't thankfully). We were stunned with the lack of care from your attendant, not enough space and no alternative arrangements in place for overflow parking. Quite amazing considering you must have been expecting lots of customers over that weekend. The attitude of your employee was terrible.

Parking fine, not too much of a hunt for a space. Was raining heavily, bus stops all seem to be well spaced out ie lots of walking in the rain with cases. When we got the shelter, its was packed out! Booked in advance. Marginally more expensive than off site parking but much shorter transfer times. Buses a bit of a pain as only had front doors - had to finght with luggage to get off at our stop past other people. Overall would use again.

The system for collecting and transferring passengers is extremely poor. At busy times there are passengers trying to get off the coach and other passengers trying to get on with heavy cases, toddlers, push chairs etc. It took about twenty minutes to get to the stop we needed at the long term car park!!

Although we had pre booked , when we arrived we were told car park was full and to drive to parkway train station, no direction given , signs not clear.were told to still validate tick at airport , on return que to validate ticket was long and wen we finally got to the desk and were told they didn't do it there and to go to the car park to the office there. when we got there they were confused but let us out . On the day price at Parkway was 4.20 a day but the pre booked price for long stay was far more , have emailed NCP customer services but no reply yet.

We have used this service 2 years in a row and been very satisfied - easy to book and very competitive prices The only negative point is having to validate pre-paid car park ticket in the airport at desk on return journey, would be easier/quicker if ticket could just be used to exit car park without going through this process

Getting in a midnight does make you worry about the transfer service. However everything went like clockwork. No queue at NCP desk where ticket was validated, told which stop to wait at. Waited 2 minutes and bus arrived. Blooming marvellous, one of the best services at the airport and great value for money. Thanks, Philly

There was not lights working where I left my car so was difficult to find it because I got to the airport at night and I couldn't see anything, it was raining, and there was not many things that can serve you as reference, not enough,line numbers,etc... There is no many stops around the parking so if you are taking lots of luggage be sure you park next to one of the coach stops. On top of that I went there when the Luton airport entrance is still on so get to the parking was a little mess, they don't say (pink parkingn) they jus put the P in Pink backgroud but at night with works around and without no much light is wasn't very clear instruction. Now that I know all the incovinients I would mind to use it again, but for the first time use it take longer than usual to left and pick up the car.

Try and get a bigger sign for your desk in the arrivals area, or improve the directions: I couldn't find it at first. Altogether, a good service. Both bus transfers were very quick - less than a 5 minute wait between needing a bus, and the bus setting off with us in it. Well done.

Very good service to and from airport the only set back was signs to car park with road work made it more difficult, you think on airport parking long term was on entrance road to airport but it is to rear of airport if this was pointed out it would poss assist. But would use again now I know where the car park is VERY GOOD.

the bus service to airport was very fast and we didn't feel rushed bording the bus becaused we had 2 children and a buggy, we arrived at car park late on our return and couldn't find service desk that we were instructed to visted to be able to leave car park. eventrally we called the service assistants button on the exit gates and someone took our ref number and opened the gate. We wish we were told this before hand. Other than that, we will def use this car park again and recommended to our friends and family,, saved us £45 booking online!.. thank you.

worst experience ever at an airport car park.They didn't grasp the fact that we needed coaches to get us from the car park to the airport.People had waited for up to one hour and therefore when the first coach arrived it could not cope.Never again.Staff were useless, only response was "I've told the manager,I can't do anymore".

The actual car park itself was fin. However, there were diversions to get there due to road works, which were not stated, on your web site and the instructions on the road signs were not terribly impressive to say the least. It took quite some time to find it. Had I been on a tight deadline - I may have been too late for my flight. Please can you state on your web site that there are roadworks - a new temporary map would have been a bonus as well.

1. Due to a change in the road layout the signage to the car park was terrible and we ended up wasting half an hour driving round in circles as the signage was misleading. This might improve once the roadworks on the approach to the airport are complete. 2. You should perhaps have a space on the car park ticket where you can write where you are parked. 3. I think you should also make it much clearer on the email confirmation that you will need your reference no. at the airport for when you return. Several people in front of me had forgotten to bring theirs and it caused a big delay.

On departure I had an abnormally long wait for the coach (30 mins) and then it detoured to the Car Hire depot where it became so full we were cramped and poeple had nowhere to puts their luggage. On the return I got on a coach at the proper bus stop only to find some minutes later that it was a staff coach. In both cases the drivers were unhelpful and apparently uncaring. No word of apology or can I help etc. Very poor service I think. I am unlikely to use this parking again.

We waited over 20 mins for a bus transfer after parking and nearly half an hour for the return after landing. In addition the driver on the return journey was not particularly helpful, normally they are very good, shouting out the bus stop numbers etc, but this guy did not utter a sound. Not very impressive

Had to wait nearly 25 minutes for a bus on the return journey which is not ideal after a flight and considering we had with us an 18-month-old baby. Also, unlike other long-term car parks, there is nowhere to validate your pre-paid ticket at the car park. This has to be done at the terminal, something we didn't realise until we had returned to the car.

Overall a good place to park. Nice and close to the terminal although the current roadworks make it seem further away than it is. Not sure about the security aspect as didn't see any staff member near the carpark, apart from the bus driver. My car was fine on my return so assume security is adequate.... although can't imagine anyone wanting to nick my battered old golf anayway.

Arrived at 4am and though got a little lost getting there due to road works just waited for a swift bus journey nd arrived well on time. Coming back no problems and when i handed form in to get ticket validated he even wrote the number of where my car was on the ticket so i did not forget because it was on the form and he had to keep that bit. Will use again and again
