A good car park; not the cheapest but not the dearest either. Only 5 mins from the terminal. Though more expensive that the off road car parks (those where you leave your car and somebody else parks it for you), it is definitely better value for money than those, especially at the moment with all the works around Luton airtport and the M1. It is also much cheaper than the medium term car park. I liked the fact that you parked your car and that's where it stayed till we got back. No "squeezing tight" with other cars.

Difficult to rate as we arrived at 3.30am and didn't see anyone in the car park. Sat in the car for half an hour with a cup of tea and still no one seen. Bus service very good and fairly quick despite works being carried out. Helpful gentleman in the terminal, both on departure and arrival.

Easy Just park up wait for bus, allow time for bus i saw last bus go whilst looking for parking space then had about 10 - 15 min wait plus the time to get to airport as its not that close. Coming back no problem took ticket to NCP desk on way out bus was waiting outside airport although the speeding driver was not appreciated by the looks of some of the passengers ! Overall ok but there is cheaper parking closer

As we approached the airport the long stay parking had been erased and we could not find any diversion signs to show us where to go. There was no continuity of signage. If it was not for a N.C.P man in the garage giving us information we would have missed our flight. As it was we made it by five minutes. And yes we gave ourselves over an hour of spare time. On our return the transfer driver drove in a dangerous manner, cornering too fast, and riding the rear wheels over two curbs at speed. He was totally unsuitable as a passenger vehicle driver, and they should not be employing someone with this very aggressive (and incompetent) driving style. I drive 50,000+ miles/year, and it takes a lot before I even comment. Please take note. An accident will happen.

With all the roadworks approaching the airport it was after 3 times of too-ing and fro-ing from the airport that we finally spotted the obscure signs to the car park. It was early morning and as still dark so the signs were less than reasonably noticeable. Also the pink car park was disappointingly far away from the airport for what was quoted to be a an "on-site car parking" with short time to travel to airport. Expensive for just one day parking in such a far away car park. Not particularly impressed.

Arrived early hours of morning, coach in car park - happy to transfer just me - no waiting. On return, fortunate coach at stop at airport, just a couple of minutes wait and transfered to car park - again only passenger. Able to park own car and take keys with me.

poor signage couldn,t see any long term pink parking signs only medium term car park and signs so ended up on this park. Seemed to not cause any prob but may have left my car in the wrong place.Airport surrounds are in a right mess with roadworks etc as now stretching from the M1.

The car park, transfers and location are good. However, there are currently a number of roads closed in the area due to roadworks, the sign posting is poor and we took an extra 10 minutes to find the car park even though we were only less than 5 minutes away.

I need your postal address as i need to write a letter to you explaining what happened regarding my booking. As i have put in my letter, there were NO signposts for the PINK Parking area so I was unable to use it and had to use the short term park instead. Dissapointing that the diversions to the long term car park waere not displayed more conspicuously - took ages in the dark and not being familiar with the area. Diversion signs should be in place for drivers arriving from the East (Hitchen), then would not have to drive into the airport to be turned round onto the diversion.

We had no problems finding our car park and there was instant transfer to the terminal.The bus stopped for every passenger where they parked and no one had to walk.On return validation of the ticket was quick and easy and again instant transfer back to the car.The car was as we left it and we are happy with our experience.I would pay the money again to avoid lengthy transfers.

Airport directions were - take the bus at stop 2 back to car park. This we did (along with many other people). The driver drove to the car rental stop, waited 5 minutes then drove back to the airport! When we asked the driver why he was parked at stop 2 if he was not going to the car park, he insolently refused to speak.

Waited no time at all for bus to and from airport, which is normally the most frustrating thing about airport parking. Would have preferred it if my payment over the internet was enough to validate my parking, though, as having to queue at the kiosk after a long trip was a bit much.

Luton Long Term Parking - Pink - very easy to find and use. I liked the fact that i could find my own parking space and did not have to leave the keys with anyone. The wait for the courtesy bus was only 2 few minutes to go to the terminal and was the same on the return journey.

Although it was more expensive than other off site car parks it was worth the extra money for the quick transfer to the terminal building, especially with an early morning flight. It was a simple to use and efficient service, which we will definitely use again.

Carpark easy to find, bus came within 10 mins and took less than five to get to the terminal. Slightly longer wait on the return, but we did just miss a bus as we came out of the terminal. Would probably use the service again if parking at Luton Airport.

As a regular user, I chose long term parking in place of cheaper alternatives. This time (Oct 13 to 24 daytime)I waited over 30 minutes for the bus to the parking. At the price now being charged, transfer frequency has to be good or else other alternatives (taxi to airport or cheaper off airport parking) become attractive.

I felt that there wasn't enough buses going from the airport to the carpark, we were waiting more than 15 mins and ended up getting a taxi to the carpark.

Service was very good.....pick up coach was quick....pre booking was a great advantage. The staff in the airport were polite and helpful. The only downfall was waiting for the coach to go back to the car park.

Arrived at 4.30am it was easy to park, easy to get to airport, on return it was quick & easy to pay, get back to car & finally very easy to exit parking. Good experience!
