Easy to book, find and park. Good value for money. Parking surface OK for cars, but no good for pulling suitcases on wheels over! Exit barrier had a problem reading the magnetic strip on my debit card. Intercom took ages to connect (permanently engaged). Traffic behind me backed up and impatient so I reversed away to let them out. Went back to to the intercom. Finally got through, and explained the situation. eBooking was validated and barrier raised. I explained to lady on the end of the intercom that I would need to get back to my car as it was parked to the side (having caused a traffic jam once), I did not want the same to happen again until the barrier was ready to be raised remotely by her to let me out. 10 seconds later I was in the car at the barrier which had gone up but was now down. Another agonisingly long wait on the engaged intercom until she answered. I tried to explain that I had not had time to get out and was instantly verbally abused for not going when she lifted the barrier. I was so shocked, I retaliated with a plea to raise it again, she started on me again so I threatened to report her. She then told me to 'just shut up', hung up on me and left me there with the barrier down, with traffic building up behind me again. I kept trying to get through again on the intercom (permanently engaged again) and after a couple of minutes the barrier was raised and I drove out. I accept these things happen, and there must have been a misunderstanding, but her 'customer service' was more like the behaviour of a woman with serious personality issues! I'd be surprised if you publish this comment on your website.

Very easy to enter and exit barriers, easy to find a vacant space. Bit concerned about vehicle security as the car park seemed exposed, but all was ok. Buses to terminal seemed frequent. Suggest numbering all individual parking bays, so that it is easier to find your car on the way out. Bus dropped us off at nearest bus stop to our car, but it was a long way to the car. Very easy to get out, and find route to M1. Thanks!

Very SUPERIOR to previous experiences with OFF SITE services, I will use Luton Long Term parking in the future.

Cheaper than a taxi, reassuring to know the price in advance and that the parking availability was confirmed. Definitely good value will use Luton long term parking again.

Parking Bays should be more clearly marked so that the second car parked nose to nose is not forced to overhang into the aproach road area.

Easy to find, close to terminal, quick and regular transfers, reasonably priced.

Waited for over 35 minutes for collection between 0230 and 0305 hours which we felt is not acceptable.

Good location and value although bring the Smart car to squeeze in those tight spaces!

Served a useful purpose being near to terminal building but was a little on the expensive side, particularly when only one or two travelling. Not so important if you are a family.

Generally a good experience, although due to my error I think I paid twice. To be resolved.

Parking on-airport but you need to catch a transfer bus to the main terminal at Luton Airport. You may have to wait 10/15 minutes. Parking was secure and lighting good with good car park surfaces. Fair to say cost OK compared with other Luton sites and other airports but I consider all airport parking exorbitant. Parking costs can often exceed the cost of the flight!

Both on arrival and return the transfer bus was packed, on one occasion because the first bus went past the stop empty, causing an even bigger queue to form. Otherwise everything worked well.

Have used on and off airport parking at Luton and this was the most convenient.

I was very pleased with the Luton Long term parking service and as soon as we arrived a bus came along to take us to airport. However, my car was damaged whilst parked which I was gutted over. Perhaps the spaces could have been more generous as it is difficult to unload cars in a small space. On the journey back from the airport the bus had plenty of seats but hardly any room for the cases. This caused lots of problems with cases being left everywhere and this made it difficult to get off the bus. Perhaps there should be buses with just a few seats for disabled, children etc. I had to drag my case over others in the aisle which I found very difficult.

Arriving back late at night driver trying to be helpful but packed too many people on coach - young families, cases everywhere difficult to get off the coach. Staff on way out helpful but coming back in your carpark late at night dark uneven areas and please sort out ticket mess if you have to upgrade people.

We found the Luton car parking service very convenient. Did not have to wait long for transfers and it was quick and easy to get in and out of the long term car park.

Medium stay is quick, near the airport, easily accessible and easy to pay. The surfaces could be much improved. The buses are quick, regualar and efficient.
