A good facility!

Cheap, close to the airport, good transfers - excellent.

Very good service, surprised everything worked so well. Good value compared to off airport parking even. Will defintely use you again.

The entrance lighting and exits all need a lot of work. The directions take you into the hire car area and then through luck and judgement you may find your way to the badly lit entry. No indication from the bus driver for any bay, just 1 drop down area, and then found various exits blocked with no indication.

Waited over 20 minutes for transfer from terminal to car park on return. Even went back to kiosk inside terminal to find out why there was such a delay. The mid term bus had collected 3 times before the long term bus arrived and in the middle of winter cold and tired it is the last thing you need.

I was bit unsure how to get out of the car park on return journey. I did not realise I had to put my credit card in the machine. As I put the ticket in first and was quoted a different price from what I had paid on line. I then had to press the help button, but the attendant answered very quickly and was very helpful.

Don't bother paying extra for mid-term parking unless you want to save the 2-3 minutes extra it takes to get to the long term.
