On arriving at the car park, I was not sure what to do - so I stuck in my credit card - the one I had booked with - I expected it to recognise that. I did not get a ticket. On return early morning 2am, fortunately spoke to lady in terminal. She gave me a code and told me to use the intercom from the car park - not to use my card. Don't know what would have happened if I had. So main issue was using the car park - had it recognised my booking? - was it going to charge me millions for parking unbooked?

Not too bad, but took an age on arriving on return though.

Very happy with everything but the long wait on our retrurn for the car park coach.

Everything went well, no problems entering and exiting, coach transfers fairly efficient. Had it not been for the competitive rate offered by Simply Parking, I would not have been able to afford to park here.

A well situated and well laid out parking site at a reasonable price.

Convenience is the big plus in this, as well as knowing your car is safe and secure.

Very close to the airport and easy to find. Buses came quickly both ways. Good start for a carefree holiday.

We arrived early hours of morning. We found the service as good at that time as it is in normal working hours. We will be using Simply Parking again.

The instructions on your website were inaccurate and misleading for the long term car park. There was no manned station and the process for pre-paid customers is vague. I rang the contact number to seek clarification and left my number; my call was not returned. The bus driver was unsure of his responsibilities and I suspect he was new to the job. He was uncertain of how (by which barrier) to enter the long term car park. My conclusion is that my experience was below par.

Worth using as alternative to other long term options - but only if you have to pay a bit more, otherwise I'd take the cheaper off site option.

Easy to book and access with no problems experienced.

Easy to use entry, exit and transfer. Lots of space to park and numerous pick up points. A little expensive for a 3 day trip but is cheaper than taxis and other forms and therefore would use again.

As above location and cost very good tranfers could be better.

Have previously used Medium Term parking and was worried that this would take much longer but was pleasantly surprised with fast efficient transfer between the car park and Luton terminal. Would definitely use service again.

Easy to find.

I booked into the Long Stay Parking located on the opposite side of the airport from the terminal. Despite being further away there was no real disadvantage to using Long Stay because the transfer bus service ran frequently and promptly. I even missed one whilst unpackaging my luggage but didn't have to wait for as long as 10 minutes for the next one to arrive. I paid for my ticket over the internet and received confirmation almost immediately; I would advise doing this as apart from the saving offered it takes one item off your to do list when entering/leaving the airport. My only gripe, and it is a small one, is that the payment machine didn't clearly advertise that you can validate your parking ticket directly by using the payment machine(s) in the car park itself. I entered the ticket; and then my credit card and had no idea whether or not i had been charged twice for my parking or not. In fact I had not but I was checking my credit card balance for the next few days just in case. I wouldn't hesitate to book by this method on my next flight.

The Luton long term car park is well signed, we simply parked up and a transfer bus was with us fairly quickly. I just used the credit card that I used to book the parking to get in and out of the car park barriers and all went without problems. I would use this service again.
