It was easy to find, and the whole parking, getting a ticket, getting to Luton airport was quick and efficient. When I returned it took me just 15 mins between getting my baggage and being in the car on the road home. Very happy.

Slightly more expensive than the cheapest park (£6.00 to be exact), but worth the difference. Rapid pick up, even at 04.00am, clean bus, quick transfer, prompt response to error made in original booking.

This proved to be conveniently situated, easy to find, booking over the internet was simple - all in all a good experience.

A superb facility, which initially appears a little more expensive than other car parks but transpires to be excellent value for money and so easy and straightforward to use. I will be using this again and again !

The only real disappointment was that the machines in the car park are out of use, so we had to get our ticket validated in the terminal before leaving the airport. This took time and was done by one of the most discourteous people I have ever come across. Car park itself was fine and bus service was better than we have experienced elsewhere.

Convenient location, well lit, car park staff were in evidence (but not required). Pre-booking with entry by credit card excellent.

We booked parking as it was easier to travel to Luton by car as I am partially disabled. System was very easy to use. Bus pick up was excellent especially at 2.30 in the morning, and on arriving back to Luton there was a bus waiting to take passengers back to the car park. Even though parking is quite expensive on top of holiday costs, it's well worth it for the ease of use.

Booking was simple - although there was a slight confusion about the checking in/out system. Overall the service was good and being close to the airport the transfer was quick. Did not, however, find the drivers that customer focussed.

Trade off between cost and hassle on buses works well. Long-term worth the effort.

Frequent drop offs & pick ups by bus very important as waiting at stop on a cold winters night not very pleasant.

I thought that compared to other car parks it was expensive and that the transfers were not as frequent as one would hope. There were no staff that I could see apart from the coach driver.

On returning and going to get the ticket validated the young man on the desk could barely be bothered to look up from his newspaper, he was surly and dismissive. When I requested a receipt he mumbled that one would be sent. This was a real shame as the other aspects of customer service, from booking to changing reservations details and the drivers were excellent. I would happily use the facility again, it is such a shame to have had that poor experience.

As the first time parking at an airport this was a simple arrangement and would definitely do it again, although feel had there been any difficulties I would have been on my own to sort them out as didn't see any staff around at all.

On exiting, the barrier would not accept my credit card, but the problem was resolved in less than a minute over the "help" button at the barrier, very good service.

Booking through internet was easy and process of using credit/debit card for entry and exit was simplicity itself. Finding a space was a little difficult and improvements in directional signage would be of benefit.

Took ages for bus to pick us up on the way to the terminal, and distance from car park to terminal was too far-if we'd paid £30 then fair enough but we paid £60-this was a rip-off.

Customer Services helped straightaway when I couldn't get through the exit barrier, were polite and friendly. Buses to and from airport were frequent and very close to the terminal.

No problems except I got a ticket instead of using the credit card I had pre-booked with. Staff were very helpful in sorting this out for me.

Travelled quite early in morning - lighting good. Parking was very busy but managed to find space easily. Drive lanes are a bit awkward since one-way. Buses quite punctual. Would have appreciated some help with my 6 pieces of lugguage since travelling with 6-month old baby, no customers on bus to help. Return - bus was waiting.

Experiencing an error on arriving at the car park & having to go to NCP office in terminal. However this was dealt with efficiently & I simply had to intercom the office when I went to leave the car park - this meant I did not have to miss the first available bus. The staff were courteous, apologetic and exhibited a sense of humour!
