Everything was fine - had to wait a bit for the bus on arrival, but no problems at all - very straightforward.

It was a hassle free experience.

The long term car park was shut and we were redirected to mid term, bit stressful to say the least but was all sorted out when I got back. If the other cheaper car parks were nearer I would use them as they are much cheaper. I feel Luton Mid term is a complete rip off as its badly lit, packed buses and really hard to find a space. The surface is really rough too, very poor indeed.

If credit card does not work at barrier then validating ticket should be made easier.

The process was very easy. I booked on-line turned up with my credit card and opened the barrier and parked. Got on the coach after approximately 2 minutes and was soon at Luton airport. Similar process on my return. No problems encountered.

Parking straight forward, easy to find - generally good.

Process very simple. When I returned I had a flat battery (my own fault) finding help from the phone numbers provided was dificult - provided with 2 alternative numbers which ultimately led to an answer machine!!!! However, when I found the help point in the bus shelter, help quickly arrived from two helpful and polite guys. Luton Long Term Parking staff were good!!

Pick up point numbering not too clear. Coaches very crouded but no waiting. Overall a good service.

Well signposted, easy to find, good transfers, advanced booking was easy and simple to do.

Picked up very quickly on way out and transported to terminal efficiently. No problems at ticket desk on return and quick and efficient transfer back to car park.

I am assuming that the car park is still under construction as the surfaces left much to be desired (Huge pools of water when raining)

User friendly process using parking facility, reasonably close to terminals.

I was fortunate enough to arrive shortly before the bus, but the queues suggested that others weren't so lucky. The online booking was simple and avoided having to pay at the airport.

I had absolutely no problems with the parking albeit I got a little confused leaving the area and finding the way back to the M1 (2.00 am in morning) but I am sure once the site is fully completed and a few more signs put up it will be excellent.

To encorage me to choose Luton rather than another airport, I would like to see better deals and cheaper parking as a reward for loyalty. The experience is generally very good with very easy access and no fuss exit.

The system of payment into the machine with credit card was at first a little un-nerving, as we were worried the card might be "eaten" by the machine, just prior to our holiday! Also, the courtesy bus to the airport was so very crowded that tempers were on the point of becoming frayed, as people could not get off with their luggage, without banging into other people. Why is the long-term car park so much cheaper than short and medium term, even for three or four day stays? This seems to be putting unnecessary extra pressure on the services. Altogether, however, no real complaints.

Easy to find, quick to enter through barrier. Close to airport and regular bus service.
