I booked On airport long term parking as my usual (very close) off-airport site was booked up. Transfers are easy (5 minutes plus loading time) and the buses were more frequent than the every 15 minutes promised. Entry/exit was trivial using the credit card I booked with - I had no interaction with staff so the rating for customer service is based on the bus driver only. The only reason for me not using this car park again is cost. It is about 25% more expensive than my usual car park, and a ridiculous price if not booked in advance.

The car park was just what I needed for my trip. It was close to airport terminal and easy to find, as the car park was pre-booked it saved any mess around on arrival. I would recommend to any person travelling to Luton.

We were transferred to mid term parking which was great - the staff were really helpful and it was a nice start and end to our holiday to have such easy parking facilities.

When we returned there was a car that had parked ridiculously close to us so we had to climb into car from the passenger side - notices about penalties for bad parking may be an idea.

This is probably one of the best alternatives if you need to park for a weekend or a few days at Luton Airport. That any parking at Luton costs more than most other airports is another matter. I am pleased that I got convenient parking at a not too unreasonable rate in spite of late booking. I can't really comment on staff as I did not need to see any during the whole operation. Very smooth!

We found that the car park was well signposted. It was very busy however and it took some time to find a space. We did notice that not all your customers can park straight and that did not help. The bus service was good and we did not have to wait long at either end. We would most definitely use your sevice again when flying out of London Luton.

Easy to book up on internet and just as good as normal long term parking.

Wasn't sure what to do when we arrived whether to take ticket or not. Had to read all through the paperwork to find we had done it wrong and should have put our credit card in so could have been made a little clearer. Waited a long time for a bus back to the car park and then it was full so had to wait for another one.

I paid for the car park online with my debit card. The instructions said not to take a ticket, just put my card in at barrier... when i returned back & went to the barrier I was advised that if I put my card in again to leave I would have been charged twice & should have got a ticket.

Easy to book, easy to pay, easy to find, easy quick transfers, easy start and finish to a great holiday....

Worth considering at its discounted rates only, especially as the transfer is so quick, but the large surfacing stones were quite a problem for the wheels on the suitcases.

We found the bus service regular, we didn't have to wait too long. When we got back from our holiday the car had a flat battery, but we only had to wait 10 mins for help to arrive. Thanks for that!

Didn't read the confirmation correctly so had to get my ticket validated on my return so as not to pay twice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

At the height of the holiday season, pays to give yourself a bit more time getting to and from car pack as spaces can take a while to find and buses tend to be overcrowded, which may mean you have to wait for the next one. However, payment system worked very smoothly.

Overall Very Good! As stated above, there is a large parking area and the coaches to and from look very frequent. The only thing while approaching the carpark (because of first time use) is the feeling of "have I gone past it!?!" There needs to be clearer signs, generally it is far away but if you keep going you will eventually find it! That is basically the general rule! Other than that, remember when you land (and you've booked online) to go to the kiosk before you walk out the terminal for them to swipe your card (the one you received when you drove in) and wait for your bus back to the Long Term Car Park. Hope this helps!

Ensure that you put your credit card into the barrier rather than take a ticket, there are no signs indicating to do this.

The car park was well signposted and it was easy to access the barriers, having paid in advance. The rate for advance booking was cheaper than paying on the day. At first it was quite difficult to find a space and I did not see any staff around apart from the bus drivers in the early hours. I felt safer when other passengers were around. The bus came quite quickly, but at the last bus stops many passengers were left waiting for the next bus as ours was full. It is therefore better to board at one of the first stops. I will use the parking again as transfers were quick and an onsite carpark is convenient and easy to locate.

Quicker to use your credit card. You do not have to go to a machine and pay before you get your car to leave.

Easy to find, easy to book, easy to validate ticket, good service.

The main thing I required was ease of transfer to the airport and I certainly got that, even at 5am. We arrived, we parked and almost immeditely a bus turned up, great, I'd definitely use again.
