This car park is very close from the terminal (5 mins) Parking was very convenient as you dont have to que up for Registration or ticketing. You just take a ticket from the automated barrier and park. Bus service for transfer to airport is very frequent and we didnt have to wait more than 5 mins. (we had just missed one). On return before you get on the bus for car park, you need to get your ticket validated but it is easy peasy. Staff at the counter were very prompt and courteous. Again shuttle for the car park was there within few minutes. we didn't have to wait more than 5 mins. Overall, it couldn't have been better. I will highly recommend it.

Convenient and quick coach transfers. We had a flat tyre which may have been due to vandalism rather than a puncture. We pumped it up and it hasn't gone down since. Thought it was a little expensive at £56.00 - arounf £10 less would have been better.

My husband used the validating machine outside the terminal so was charged again at full price. The attendant at the desk was very helpful and arranged to let us out of the carpark so that we could keep the ticket in order to claim a refund. We faxed this through the and received an e-mail the next day confirming the refund.

Think an office on site would have helped as it would have ade me feel more happy leaving my car and would diture thieves! also on approach to the car park think it needs to be more clear that ticket validation is in the terminal as most will not want to pass through the barrier through the fear they may have to pay twice, so don't approach the barrier!! a large sign 100 yards back would help enourmously!!! I will stil return again and again though good service overall.

apart from the surly bus driver who ignored my good morning there were no staff visible, not inspiring confidence in security. The transfer was quick and arrived within five minutes of parking.The price is expensive but on the plus side you park your own car thus ensuring adequate space between your neighbouring vehicles

No major complaint. As stated above the carpark was well sign-posted. slight confusion initially as recieved conflicting instructions re arrival. One said to take a ticket on entry, the other said to report to on-site office and hand over car keys. otherwise very satisfactory, thank-you.

I went to the counter where you get the ticket validated after your return flight. The lady behind the counter (the one wearing lots of gold rings and earings!) was one of the rudest people i've ever had the mis fortune of meeting. My 3 year old son summed it up best by giggling and saying happy bunch eh daddy. Well said!

The parking was fine, easy to find etc. The carpark itself was rather full but I did find a space in the end. I had an early morning check in and I did have to wait a while for the bus to take me to the Terminal. On the plus side parking on the airport site is great, so much easier for the return journey.

booked the car park on line with no problems.only aggravation would be if you did not have a printer accessible to print off the confirmation. price was very good. had no problems with getting to airport. Had a little problem with finding location on return to validate ticket. could be being tired and not seeing the sign. best to state that the office is behind the ibis hotel desk. rather than the hire car place. can see from exit doors. did n't see any car park staff when parking car. not a problem though.will park there again. only downside of parking there is the inconsideration of other drivers. who scratch your car, cos they can not reverse or pull out properly with out hitting your car or have no consideration when moving between cars and scratching it with their suitcase etc. had scratches on car, by either suitcases or driver not being able to reverse out properly and hitting car. Will use the carpark again and find a brand new car to park next to, next time. hee hee.

All in all a good experience. Car park is 5 minutes away from the airport. Car was quite safe and getting to and from the airport was easy. A few points needed to be clarified though, so i will do it for you: 1. you park your own car and can keep the keys. 2. if you have pre-booked you can validate your ticket in the car park upon exit. You just press the help button at the exit barrier, tell the person on the other end your booking reference and they will let you out. You do not need to validate your ticket at the airport despite what signs may tell you.

Only wait for a bus was on the outbound journey---10 mins, but still in plenty of time for our flight. We have used the meet and greet facility at Stansted---and could see parking experience enhanced by such a service ie we park ourselves at the car park, but phone you on arrival back in UK and a fleet driver could then take our car to the airport to meet us at the bus arrival area. Would save us 3/4 hr in travelling time back home--the 1 hour journey to Twickenham took us 4 hours last Friday! A great service. Cheers John Sutton

Typically, we just missed one bus so had to wait for another, which was rather chilly at 5.30am although the sun was shining! No point in queueing as everyone just bundled on to the bus when it arrived! The trip to the airport was quick and smooth, as was the return trip. One handy hint - remember to make a note of where you've parked on the site!! You may have to walk up and down with suitcases in tow for quite some time on your return trying to find the car otherwise! We found it quick and easy and would definitely use Pink Parking again.

Although the rest of the parking facilities were very good I felt the buses could be designed better.If the luggage racks were perhaps in the centre so that passengers were spread to the front and rear of the coaches people would find it easier to get on and off more comfortably. I found that after placing my luggage in the racks provided I became trapped at the front of the coach and found it difficult to move due to the amount of other passengers on board.I felt that if my bus stop had come earlier I would not have been able to alight.

Directions to car park were excellent on arrival at Airport as had never been to Luton before. It was easy to park and we were quite near a bus stop so transfer was quick and on returning my ticket was validated with no problems at all. Excellent service, will definately book online again.

I have already spoken to NCP,and i am putting in acomplaint as the drivers on both going and returning .did not drop of the returning passengers,just loaded everyone on and so causing havoc as the onones going to airport had to get off with their luggage so as to let the ones returning get of. It would have been cheaper for me and my family to have walked to the airport considering the pandomonium caused by these drivers,and the distance we had to walk to get back to our car I am going to ask for some sort of compensation

Because of roadworks in vicinity of Airport, found direction to Long Term non existant or not apparent. Finally stopped at entrance to Medium Term and a helpful young lady on duty showed me directions on a map.You dont need this hassle at 4a.m. Please improve your signposting even if it is temporary.

I lost my confirmation whilst on holiday, as such on my return i was forced to pay £112 parking cost on top of the £66 already paid as they could not find my booking any other way than the confirmation number (not very helpful). Apparently it is easy to get a refund for the £112 by calling a number which is permanently engaged to get a refund once i give them my confirmation code. The office is open 9-5 mon-fri and so far i have not had anything other than an engaged tone!!

Hassle free experience. On airport parking & efficient transfers to and from the terminal. If pre-paid it offers good value for money, although you have to get ticket stamped at terminal before returning to car park which could be inconvenient if forgotten.

The buses only had one entrance/exit. Passengers parking in the long term park will naturally be on a longer holiday and therefore have more luggage. When the passengers first onto the bus do not move down the bus and leave their suitcases in the aisle it is extremely difficult to manhandle large, heavy, luggage over the obstacles. I could not even wheel my cabin bag through the gap left. Not a pleasant end to the holiday at 2.00am! Other airports buses have greater luggage space and at least two entrance/exit doors.

extremly busy on the bus back to our car, missed one bus because other passengers were que jumping,pushing in or getting on the back doors when others were trying to que. The drivers were not at all helpful and in bad moods!! Never again!! I have used similar systems at other airports and they are much better.
