As I was only away for a weekend and I was on a tight time schedule, the fact that I was able to turn up park and be in the terminal in a short period of time was excellent.

We were initially confused by the signposts to the Pink Long Term Parking area. Reading the instructions, we were looking for the word 'Pink' Long Term Parking on the sign posts but eventually realised that the squares containing a capital letter 'P' were actually coloured a very faded pink and were what we should be following. We then found the car park OK. On our return the instructions displayed at the bus stop no. 2 outside Luton were confusing as they referred to a non-existant manned 'Service desk' inside the terminal. Instead there were two machines into which to insert one's parking ticket (if one hadn't lost it which one had unfortunately) and the ticket would then be validated for use at the exit barrier. The 'Help' button on the machines was useful and the man at the other end was very helpful and said that since we knew our booking reference (phew - we had kept the email confirmation and instructions) we should get the bus to our car, drive to the barrier, press the 'Help' button at the car park exit barrier, quote the reference and would be let out. We were able to do this and exit the car park without any difficulty. Our car was fine but the car park was rather dark at 01:00 in the morning.

We mislaid our reference number and at half past four in the morning were somewhat apprehensive. In the event we just paid again by Visa and I phoned through at 9 and got the money refunded (same day refund). It also showed us what a good deal we were getting compared to the normal parking cost (saved over 40%).

A little bit difficult to find, and a minor confusion at the access gate, but overall, it was fine. No major complaints.

For the first time using airport parking, I have to say that I have had a brillant experience. It was easy to book online and each step was confirmed and clarified before moving to the next step. I received confirmation via email and the parking voucher with plenty of time before I was due to leave the country. On arriving at the parking area, you just took a ticket and found a space. There was someone driving around checking cars were parked correctly and checking cars were safe and secure. There was plenty of lighting and loads of bus stops within the car park. The buses were very frequent and regular and could take plenty of passengers if required. It dropped my holiday group just down from Luton Aiport departures which I thought was ideal as one of my group is disabled. Coming back into the country I did have a few problems as I was advised by the paperwork that you need to validate your parking ticket prior to going back to your car just outside of arrivals. After being advised by a member of staff and directed to the APOCA hut then told because I had paid for my parking on line, all I had to do was return to my car and someone would be onsite to open the gate. On arrival to the carpark, true to his word, there was someone ready on the gate waiting for customer's, like myself. The gentleman checked my paperwork and opened the gate accordingly. I would definitely recommend this service and will definitely be using it again in the near future.

29 minutes waiting time for a transfer bus on arrival back at Luton was pretty hard to accept considering we paid reasonable money for use of a 7x4 ft piece of tarmac. otherwise no quibbles

The wait for the bus was unacceptable. There is no point in being near the terminal if you have to hang round for 20 minutes.

My last-minute trip could have been stressful but I was able to park with ease and confidence, and get to my car easily on my late night return. I will certainly use this service again.

Worry free is important for me. As a regular traveller I have lots to organise. Your facility took the pressure of organising parking away and ensures a perfect start (and finish!) to any trip.

We saw no parking staff. The exit procedure was very poor and a non-English speaking driver in front of us would still be there now if I had not gone forward to help him out.

The car park itself is a bit run down....but it does the job. I would recommend it to all luton airport flyers!

If you're used to the slick operation for long-term parking at Gatwick or Stanstead, you're going to be every bit as disappointed as I was. The drive to the car park is long and meandering. The car park itself is bleak and uninviting. I chose the Pink car park because it was advertised as "Shuttles - On Demand". It isn't I had a long wait for a coach (OK, it might have only been 15 minutes but standing at a bleak bus stop early in the morning makes anything seem twice as long). The instruction signage at the car pask is all wrong - it tells you to go to the APCOA desk in the terminal to get your ticket validated - but there's no such desk (so don't look for it or you'll waste as much time as I did). Leaving the car park was a bit of a joke too. It seems the ANPR cameras were / are faulty so you have to give all the paperwork (if you can find it) and your entry ticket to the poor feller standing by the barrier. It's the mid-term car park for me next time :)

Arrival is not easy as direction signs are not clear. These are faded so at night they do not appear "pink" and there are no signs at entry barrier to confirm your correct location. Return arrangements changed from those notified at booking whilst we were actually on holiday and due to this we lost over an hour on our return, as we had not been notified, and the only advice sign is adjacent to the now closed desk in the terminal, with the bus stop and barrier machine signs still refering to the old arrangements. You now have to go back to car go to barrier and speak to an operator on the "help" intercom to get exit when pre booked. I won't be using this one again as there is another long term off site facility about two miles and same transfer time, that is cheaper and can't be any worse. My brother used it recently and was very satisfied with that facility.

My first time parking at Luton. Rather scruffy looking car park but worked well, good transfers in both directions, and much closer to the airport than the long-term parking at Stansted, for example. Signs to the car park could be improved. However, it would be ridiculously expensive to turn up without pre-booking - £12.50 a day. I paid £5 a day, which seems reasonable.

I travel with my business and often get short notice trips. Having used several car parks at the various airports around the area my first choice now is Luton Airport and the Long Term Car Park on the parimeter of the airport. I have always found a space easily, the bays are a decent size and I feel secure that my vehicle will not have any damage when I return. (This has happened at other car parks .. but apparently no one has ever been near the car!!!) I have never had to wait for a transfer coach as they seem to be constantly circling. Now the new exit system is in place the end of the journey is even easier.

No indication of how often transfer buses run. No instructions in the bus stop for on-demand transfers so i gather it does not exist. On departure from the airport the instructions were to press the intercom and quote the reference number. What really happened was that the invoice and e-mail confirmation were both required. A car park rep. would then open the gate.

Changed arrangements were not flagged up so we spent some time searching the terminal for how to get our ticket validated to get out. We waited the full 15 and some on both transfers for the bus. But for £10 a night it was reasonable value.

This was the first time I have used this car parking facility, the directions provided were easy to follow and a prompt bus transfer service made for favourable experience.

Customers need to know that arrangements have changed at Luton airport and the the car Park Office within the terminal is no longer open - you need your booking reference and have to phone up to exit . the line is sometimes engaged. Thre are no personnel on the carpark area, just security car going round - had slight concerns as we left in daylight that some local lads were walking around area and trying to climb fence into airport.
