Do not be alarmed when you enter the car park-- there will be empty spaces, just take a little time to drive around

Everything went to plan though the coaches were very full on both transfers and there were people who had to be left behind.

The parking area was very poorly maintained. There were potholes and loose stones everywhere. There were also a lot of weeds growing which combined with the surface led to a poor first impression. However, the transfer to the airport was quick and efficient.

Only had to sign a small card once, instead of A4 document in 4 places !! Wonderful, someone is using their brain and making life easier !

Initial road directions could do wove signage on roundabouts on approach to airport areas (perhaps distance mentioned tpo prevent thinking where is it how far is it ) On return long wait for bus transfer on return, gate didnt work on leaving, instructions to press button not lit on machine so did not know what to do until told.needs better lighting at exit machine and cleare instructions, then had to wait for man to come release us, staff on phone and releaes man were helpful though, very frustrating in early hours of morning though.

Parked all ok although the car park has been extended and the part we was on was not surfaced (take a note of where you park). Bus punctual and no probs there and same coming back We parked for 5 days and paid £36 which I think is very overpriced Barrier did not recognise my reg. on way out so had to press buzzer for assistance, chap very helpful just asked for booking reference and we were straight out

first time we have used this carpark it was easy to find and service was excellant, found a parking space no problem. bus transfer was good on time and drop off was outside airport.when we returned early in the morning we only had to wait a few minutes for the bus to arrive and we soon in the carpark.I really recommend this service to anyone and you get good value for money and will be using this service again.

Had to wait long time for transfer bus to come and when it did come bus was full and had to wait for the next one. On return journey bus was over crowded and difficult for passengers to get their luggage and get off the bus.

The booking process was easy, the directions and signage to the parking facility were excellent. Great value for money as I booked in advance. Coach service was excellent.

Booking very simple but parking and transfer experience dreadful. Will consider other options in future.

This was all just as expected, had to wait a while for the bus on homebound trip and when it arrived the queue was so long arguments ensued... but the car park had good lighting, good surfaces, easy payment etc. etc. no complaints and would use again.

Initially, had some difficulty finding a space as car park quite full. Eventually found one near Harrods warehouse which helped us remember where we had parked! Bus to airport was a while coming, about 15 minutes, but we had allowed plenty of time. On return the bus was very prompt and efficient. The number recognition system makes the whole process very easy. This is the second time we have used this car park and will definitely use it again.

Efficient, easy transfer to and from airport terminal. Cannot comment on parking staff as didn't have contact with any. Intercom staff friendly and efficient.

Everything went as expected. Entry was simple, parking was easy, transfer was prompt and comfortable. Getting the bus back was easy (remember to note which bus stop you need and which area you have parked at ) exit was simple without any queuing or difficult questions. Would definitley use again.

Parking is quite close to airport entrance hence short bus transfer. Car park is a bit desolate with overgrown plants and weeds in areas, but it does what it's meant to do.

No problems, did not deal with any staff apart from bus driver, system seemed to work well. Car park further away from the airport than internet map suggested but well-signed.

The car park was so easy to find. Once we were in the airport, we just followed the signs to the long term carpark. I was greeted by name by an automated ticket dispenser and we got our ticket. There were plenty of spaces. The bus was just pulling away as we unpacked our car but another came about 10 minutes later. The journey to the terminal took about 5 minutes. When we arrived back it was the same but in reverse. It was dark but the parking area was well lit and we found our car easily, having written down the area number where the car was parked. We were able to leave the carpark without any problems. The only possible downside was that there was no staff present except the bus driver. I would feel confident about using this carpark again.

Had previously used off site parking. This was closer so saved time but we had to carry our suitcases a little further.

Liked the automatic no plate recognition on arrival but this didn't work on exit which would have been slick - we needed to insert the barrier ticket we received on arrival. Bus driver a bit officious on the way to airport and lacked any charm! Demanded we sit, but this didn't seem to be needed on way back. Busy road into airport departure gate The carpark stands were gravel with tarmac roads.
