Bit unsure when we got to the airport because the parking staff did not have my details, but this was soon sorted out and the chap said this offen happen. Our car was returned to us within 10 minutes of us making the phone call on our return, all in all a good service. Will use again for sure.

Simple to book online. No fuss when arrived a little earlier than booked. Friendly, helpful staff on phone and at airport. Two minute handover for car so no hold-up on way to check in. Car there on return within 2 minutes. Excellent service, wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you!

The problem was that your operators on the phone were not clear about where we would be met. There is confusion about what the 'drop off' area is - whether it is the short-term car park or the priority set down area. This needs to be cleared up.

A prompt collection at Luton with exact details (business card) with details for collection. A very pleasent service and would recommend to anyone. A great start to our holiday.

Given that we have 3 small children, this service made our trip that much more enjoyable as we didn't have to worry about parking, shuttle buses, hauling big bags, etc. Very happy to use again!

Easy to book, easy to contact by phone to amend booking when main office closed. Couldn't have been easier or improved on drop off. The fact there was a 5 minute wait for collection just goes to show how quickly you get from passport control to carpark, as they were there in just over 10 mins as promised. Will definitely use again.

Arrived an hour early but still someone there waiting following the 15 min warning call. And then same again when landing. Only thing have to be careful of is make sure you have a £1 to get out of the meet and greet zone - although machine does give change. Will use this company again even if say someone else was cheaper.

Very easy to book and contact. No problems whatso ever. Would definitely use again. If you had a key tag I would keep it on my ring to remind me of your number.

on arrival i waited 1 hour 10 m for return of my car.totally unacceptable as were the excuses

We had made a mistake and booked the car for an additional day, when we phoned they explained that they would need to move a lot of cars but would get there as soon as possible, they arrived after 35 minutes, not bad as my mistake.

Totally hassle free. All you would expect from a meet and greet service.

We were extremely pleased with Luton Meet and Greet. Staff were waiting for us on arrival at Luton, after making call 10 mins earlier and quickly filled in form so we could go to the airport. On return I rang as soon as we landed (hand luggage only) and the car pulled up as we came out of the Arrivals building. Very efficient service and good value for money.

On the whole a very good servic (efficient, convenient and good value) and we would use them again. There was a slight delay whilst trying to find the person collecting the car and the pouring rain did not help but overall we were happy.

Thoroughhly recommend Meet & Greet Luton. No problems at all and will definitey use them again.

On departure I wasnt on their list for collection. On return they struggled to acknowledge I was due. They dont give you a good feeling that they know what they are doing. Staff were not actively looking for their customers just lolling about smoking. I wouldnt use them again although the car came back fine.

The service ran as smoothly as it is possible for it to have run, both on arrival at Luton and on our return. A faultless service.

Although the meet and greet service was theoretically worth the few extra pounds, the car came back with a considerably higher mileage than when it was handed over and mud all over the drivers side foot area. Really suspicious, unlikely to use again as a result.

Very good service, the car was returned very quickly after we called when re arrived back in the UK. Make sure you have a £1 coin to get out of the set-down area on return.

Used several times now and had no problems - fast drop off and collection. Helpful staff.

Very good value for Money, Very Friendly Staff even when we arrived back late, 2.00am in the morning.
