when speaking on the telephone upon arrival for departure and arrival it was very difficult to understand the person on the phone because of their accent. When arriving back from the holiday it was unclear as to where to pick the car up (made worse by not being able to understand what the person was saying on the telephone).

one of the few companies involved in our holiday that did what they were paid to do. Very good service, even remembered we needed to be in the disabled bay with dropped curb on our way back.

There was a mix up over the drop off time - the agent, not Meet & Greet - yet they still found a driver to collect my car on arrival with no delay. Called on my return, though my flight was 40 mins late landing & my car was waiting for me. My mates were still waiting for the bus to the car parks. Excellent service for only a few pounds more.

Would certainly do this again. It took the stress out of picking up our car! Definitely a recommendation to those with young families!

All worked very well and was worth the expenditure for our 5am check in

Arriving at the airport at 5am it was difficult to call 10 minutes before arrival, but they arrived within 5 minutes, cheerful and friendly despite the freezing cold weather. We returned at 10pm, rang as organised, and my car was brought back within 5 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and delighted by the courtesy shown. Will certainly use this service again when flying from Luton.

This was the first time we had used the service. It cuts out all the hassle of finding parking spaces, catching airport buses and wondering where you have put your car keys when you get back to this country. The member of staff was extremely helpful, even coming back straight away when I discovered I had left my phone on the back seat on arrival. At the end of a long, delayed return flight, it was wonderful to get a text assuring me that the car was on it's way and the handover was swift and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

Having paid for a service and arrived at Luton airport - I don't expect to be told that there is no booking. Only by luck were the company able to help me - or I would have missed my flight!

Would definitley use again. Saved at least 30mins both at drop off and pick up compared with long-stay option. Also good value for money,only slightly more expensive than long-stay.

The drivers were extremely punctual and the overall service was excellent.

I wouldn't use a meet and greet service every time I travelled - the cost uplift isn't always justifiable - but for when you go away on holiday, its well worth it. The service was great. Arrived when arranged and dropped car off when it was needed. Many thanks

The overall experience was not too bad. I have to say it would be nice to see some English staff at an English Airport.

Nothing special to report. We were met pretty much on time with minimum wait. And on our return from abroad, we only waited in the car-park for 3 minutes before the car apepared. So timing very good! No complaints. Very nice driver in each case.

0ur first experience of Meet and Greet at Luton airport and we were delighted with your service - pleasant driver, helped with our luggage and on our return on phoning to confirm we were in fact ready to pick up our car spoke to a very pleasant fella who informed us that our car would be with us within 10 minutes which it was - once again the driver helped with our luggage which as 70 and 80 plus was very welcome. Thank you

price could have been a bid lower...otherwise everything else was great. would use service again.
