Airparks Meet and Greet reviews

The actual service of dropping off the car and having it returned really weel, all the staff friendly and helpful. All were happy to accomodate changes. We booked through a separate website and tried to make some changes before the day. The car park company were happy to make the change but the website were not. It took a few calls to both parties for the change to be made.

We were met promptly - we phoned ahead to say that we would be 20 minutes early and we were met within 2 minutes of arriving at Gatwick. The driver who collected the car was polite and efficient. The car was delvivered within 10 minutes of us clearing customs. We would certainly use this company again. Well done!

Very good overall service - very professional. Only slight criticism is around the instructions - I printed off the reminder email that came a couple of days before the flight only to find at 6:30am that there was no contact phone number on to advise of our imminent arrival

Even though we had an early flight, the lady on the phone was cheerful and very helpful. The chaps who picked up and dropped off the car were on time and once again were cheerful and very helpful, overall a very positive experience. We would definitely use Airparks again.

Great service. Drop off early in the morning very efficient. Pickup service lasted a bit long as I followed the instructions to call only after luggage collection (should probably have called before)

When we were 6 hrs delayed I called the firm as I was concerned they might be closed when we got in at 0300, not a problem, they were very food and helpful.

All communication was good,the meet was on time and professionally carried out (photographing the minor blemishes on the car). On our return the car was returned on time and as it was left. Not being able to find the receipt card , my passport was used to establish my ownership of the vehicle for the handover. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We were told to call when we had collected our luggage and passed through customs. In our minds this was a bit late as we then had quite a wait on the street. We would however deffinitely use the service again.

Phoned to advise we would be at the airport 1 hour earlier, and driver was there to meet us. Delayed 48 hours on our return. Contacted Airparks from Florida who, again, were very efficient. Our return flight took us to Heathrow, but phoned 10 minutes before our arrival at Gatwick, and our car was there to meet us!What could be easier?!

I've never used meet and greet before, but after such a wonderful experience i am totally converted. If you have kids its even more worth while. We pulled up and were met by a nice man who took our car as we walked into the terminal. We had a 5hr delay on the way back and this was not a problem either. I called from baggage reclaim and we were met outside, tired and desperate for our beds. We jumped in our lovely warm car said goodbye to the nice man and away we went. I don't often use the words Excellent or good value for money but I do on this occassion!
