We had to return from our holiday earlier than expected, so we rang airparks before setting off from the hotel, they were great and had our car waiting for us when we returned. We have used airparks for many years now and always had great service. Will definitely use them again.

It was busy on the way out but everything worked ok. The bus driver should have called out whether we were at Gatwick south or Gatwick north. It may be obvious to him - but most passengers only visit Gatwick once a year!

Airparks gave updates regarding road works and emailed detailed map to locate site. Very friendly staff.Car kept in a secured area. No problems transferring to Gatwick. Coaches run at good intervals, we only waited a few minutes for transfer. Pick up very quick no problems. Would use again.

Arrived before holiday to find very long queue to give in keys which I don't have a problem with, just bad timing but staff were very surly and made you feel like you were a bother to serve. Bus to terminal was fine. Arrived back, had long wait for bus which pulled up some distance from the people who had been queuing so new arrivals just strolled on, felt particularly sorry for a couple with luggage, pushchair and small child. It was very hot when we came back and the bus had its heating on full blast making it very uncomfortable on the very long trip back to the carpark via the other terminal. Got keys, again from a surly staff member, had long walk to get car, found driver's door handle ripped off, walked back saw duty manager who was ok walked back to take pictures then back to fill out form then back to go home. Company have accepted liability for the damage but seem to be saying that I can get the door handle fixed but can't have the car until they pay the invoice, I have queried this and await an answer. So what I didn't like was the attitude of the staff (not the duty manager who was fine), the over hot bus and long journey time to the carpark on return, the long walk to the car and the dammage to my car not being reported (I can only assume the driver broke the handle and didn't bother to report it). Price was very competative but service was poor.

Was meant to travel to Gatwick by train and all the trains were cancelled or had 2hr delays! Went straight back home booked the parking on the internet in 1 minute and jumped in the car! instructions sent via email with directions were superb and checking in the car took 2 mins and sped off to the terminal in the waiting bus. Caught the flight thanks to an efficient system! Thank you!

Coaches only seem to run every 20 minutes which is not sufficiently frequent. Our coach to the airport was full well before the scheduled time of departure, so about 10 people could not get on and were left waiting at the base and presumably would not be able to go for an further 20 minutes. Not good enough. It took me longer to travel 2 miles from the car park to the airport than it did to cover 28 miles from home to the car park!

Everything has always gone fairly smoothly at Airparks Gatwick. On this occasion there was a bit of a wait at Gatwick (one transfer bus was completely full so we couldn't get on it) to get back to the carpark...but this is a normal part of life! It's fine, and good value for money.

Easy to find once we had discovered that the directions were from the London area. Reception staff friendly when we arrived however once we decided we didn't want meet and greet nor the valet service the receptionists attitude changed. I made the mistake of booking my car parking late therefore did not really get the best deal but having said all the above I would use Airparks again.

When i parked the car in lane 3 i put keys in the box for lane 3 but when i went to office found out that was wrong,never been before and just done what a few other drivers did...

They need to use more transfer busses as the other companies do and not wait until they have it packed full with people standing. Until then I will not use, Its worth paying a few pounds more for a better service.

Our second time using Airparks and equally good this time and good value. As we arrived back at 4am we took the option offered us of having the car delivered to the terminal which saved a lot of time and got us 'on the road' quickly. Would certainly recommend this - driver was very helpful and professional.

I found the car park easy to find and the the staff very prompt and efficient and was able to board the coach easily. Would recommend to anyone. Coaches were prompt made the transfer process easy. Would definitely use this service again. Thanks

Dropping the car off was quick, just dropped the key off got my ticket at the reception and was directed to the bus which took me straight to the terminal. On return, on the ticket which you're instructed to keep explains exactly what to do, got on the bus, picked the car up which took a matter of minutes and I was on my way home.

It was a relief to know that my car would be delivered to me and all I had to do was usher the kids to a spot just outside the airport in the early hours. Took away the stress and the kids just hopped into the car and went to sleep. Worth the money just to keep my sanity.

In principle the service delivered by Airparks is very good. Unfortunately the walk to and from the bus stop at the North terminal is too far when hauling hold bags and cabin luggage.
