I was surprised to see how unfriendly the reception staff was. The attendents in car park was friendly and pleasent.

Excellant value for money . I felt the car was in safe hands ! Punctual transfers with drivers that drove safely & appeared to care about their passangers .

Despite heavy snow and a log jam of vehicles queing to enter the site, staff worked courteously and efficiently to ensure minimum delay. A pity one could not say the same for Gatwick airport that day!

This was the second time I've used Airparks to park when travelling from Gatwick. As before there were no problems, it was very quick and easy to drop the car off, the transfer to the airport was quick and there were no problems on my return with the transfer and picking up the car. Highly recommended :)

Surprised by how long wait for bus from Airport was - other providers had several buses in time we were waiting

Very pleased with the whole set up. We decided to use the meet and greet on our return and as we walked outside our car pulled up. Perfect end to a great holiday. Thanks.

It is more remote than some of the competition. It would be helpful if Purple Parking put the postcode of Airparks in their Confirmation/Receipt - I had to call up for it

Efficient Parking Service, however busses can get very full for transfers.

The email instructions on what happens once you arrived at the airport parking did not actually match with what happened. That said there were no problems. My concern with airport parking is that my car my be damaged. Personally I prefer to park my car in a space of my choice and no one moves the car until I return. The spaces at Airparks Gatwick were a little to narrow for my total peace of mind

Only issue is that the bus pick up point at South terminal for return to car park is stop 6 AND 7. We stood at one, but the first bus that came stopped the other and filled up and we had to wait another 20 mins. This is not very well organised / managed

We nearly always use Airparks but the one problem we always have is the (non) marking of the bays and finding your car in the dark! We were told the car was in row F and although all the parking bays had a number on we are never given a number which would make it 100% easier - even the bus driver agreed and said he didnt know why you dont use the numbers. Please, please rethink and give numbers as well as rows. Thank-you.

When i arrived they hadn't got me on their computer system, but they soon rectified that and we where on our way to the airport within minutes of parking. On our return we walked straight onto the bus and again collected our car within minutes. Good value for money with a good friendly service.

If you use the postcode for satnav you will have difficulties finding the site. I took a print out from the site which gave clear directions and it worked easily but it was quite different from the satnav instructions. Another couple arrived after quite a difficult time in locating the site and were anxious about their flight gate closing so be careful. Follow the site instructions!

Cars radio was returned to the same station on all presets i surppose they think this is funny .Still have not rang be back after a week

Everything went perfectly,the check-in was good and friendly,no problem with the transfers and were very prompt when being picked up to return to collect our car.

The only criticism is the lack of space between vehicles on collecting. I am slim, and even I had some difficulty getting into the car. I see a significant risk of damage to adjacent vehicles, unless this is addressed.

Checking-in went smooth, bus transfer on time and quick. On collecting the car noticed the back bumper scratched which we think was caused during time at Airparks.

I found the whole experience of parking my car stress free i found the location of carpark relatively easy to find was greeted at the drop of point and ther was no waiting around to drop off keys etc coach was already waiting to take us to terminal and the same experience awaited me on my return to collect my vehicle excellent service well priced would definately recommend to family and friends thank you

Good value for money in line with a high standard of customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Gatwick is being "redeveloped" & it's not clear where to stand to wait for the bus back to the car park - also need to be careful to get the right bus as there are three & they all look the same
