We would probably use this service again, they were efficient and friendly reasonably priced, because cars are parked in a field in would be good to have them cleaned before being delivered to us.

The instructions were clear and concise. On arrival at the terminal(N),the driver arrived to meet us within minutes. He explained the collection process and took our car. When we arrived back, we waited no more than 2 minutes for the car to arrive at the designated collection point. The driver was pleasant and courteous despite the ungodly hour!! You couldn't ask for a better more efficent service - we were delighted, especially for the £. Incidentally, our friends had parked themselves in a long stay car park and it took them almost an hour to get to their car on return, and they paid a similar amount to us.

I would highly recommend the Meet & Greet service. There were no delays at all on either occasion. As we had quite a bit of luggage it saved a lot of stress!

We found Cophall Farm Meeet and Greet an excellent way to solve the problem of parking at Gatwick. The staff were friendly , punctual and courteous and the service provided was good value for money. We would not hesitate in using them again.

Quick efficient, guy was wating for us at drop-off and car arrived quickly on return (just enough time for a cigarette) and walking to the drop-off from the terminal.

Driver was there to meet us, very polite and pleasant, gave detailed instructions about procedure for return journey. We called after collecting our baggage as instructed but still waited 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive on our return. I guess the secret is to phone a little earlier. Would use again.

I found this service to be really useful as it saved having to get any transport from a car park back to the airport. Would use again. Thanks Paul

Cophall were on time, very helpful and polite and the car returned as it left with minimal mileage, very good all round

We rang the office to find out where to meet driver on return from holiday and had very imprecise instructions which delayed us getting to driver. South Terminal is quite confusing!

There were cheaper options but we liked the fact that CFM had such good security measures. Don't forget to give them 15mins to get to you though.
