As I left in the early hours for my flight I had to locate car park at night in darkness.Unfotunately my sat nav was not working and I felt that perhaps more local signage and lighting would have enabled me to find Car Park location more easily.This is not a criticism merely an observation.Maybe other travellers have had similar experiences.

This was our first experience of ising this kind of service. Initially, it was simply a matter of being cheaper than getting to and from the airport - but I would certainly do this again for convenience and service.

Was good we even landed at the south terminal when it should have been north no problem for cophall car parking

Found the staff so polite an friendly not just because its their job but felt like they wanted to help. I had a worry about adding an extra day on which in the end only came to £6 the pice is great! Cheapest I'd seen online. It's easy to get too and the card they give you for when you get back of holiday is a good idea they are at the airport within minutes :)

This long term parking and courtesy coach service is reasonably priced and helps makes international travel easy and stress free. I am very pleased with the service provided by Cophall Parking.

Came across Cophall by chance on line where perhaps the first impression is: secure parking at a reasonable price Checking in is simple, hassle free and relaxed probably because the staff are efficient and friendly. Returning was just as hassle free and efficient: one call to a pre-advised number and a short wait for one of the frequent mini-buses back to the parking area I would certainly recommend Cophall and use them again.

Have used Cophall Parking on several occasions and would highly recommend. The meet and greet service is definitely worth the extra money

Arrived at 10 am on a Sunday morning; fast check in; straight on to a bus which left immediately. On return, phoned after clearing customs, walked round to the bus stop (about 5 minutes from North Terminal) and coach arrived a few minutes later. Car keys were awaiting us and the car was right there. Very easy indeed.

Will use again this company again as staff very friendly and on time. Good value for money. Buss came on time and they even cleaned and wash my car which was so good when I arrived back from my holiday.

Everyone was really polite and helpful and all instructions given for pick up were clear and appropriate. No delays on transfer either way. Comfortable vehicle.

Most reasonable price online (doubted quality), but couldn't have been more wrong. Great service. Easy to locate, easy to drop car off and check it in, was taken to airport within 5 minutes, 10 minute drive, friendly and helpful driver explained return home. Had a great holiday, flew home at midnight, got our baggage, phoned Cophall, walked to pick up point, they were waiting for us, picked my car up, home we went! Hassle free, highly recommended. Finding the carpark was easy. Booking in was quick. Transfer to airport was no problem, much better in small mini busses than on large coaches we have used before. Only had 1 minute wait for pick up from airport and car was ready when we turned up. Everything worked well. Thanks.

Very good service all round. Transfers to/from airport terminal prompt. No problems encountered. Would use again if going out from Gatwick.

I cannot see how the service we received could have been improved. We were on our way to the airport within five minutes of arrival at Copthorne and on the return trip the minibus arrived at the pickup point within a minute of our arrival.

I felt happy to leave my car at Cophall. We were at the airport within 10 minutes and the transport was of a high quality. Staff were helpful and loaded out baggage for us. I didn't worry about the car once while we were away; indeed it was just as I had left it when we got back. The coach was there within ten minutes when we flew home. I'd recommend this service to anybody and will most definitely use them again. Huge thanks!
