Although the carpark is outside Gatwick, it is easy to get to, easy to navigate - staff were friendly and there was literally no hassle in the parking. We even had an email the day before to warn us that we may need to take a different route because of roadworks! The pick up service was great, the bus came within 10 minutes. Would absolutely use this service again when flying to and from Gatwick.

The service was very quick and efficient, very impressed with the service.

I would highly recommend cophill. It's was very straight forward and the drivers if the buses were very pleasant. We will definitely be using them again for parking.

Have used this service twice now. Each time service was friendly, quick and efficient. You park next to the office, go in and identify yourself and hand in keys. A mini bus has been waiting outside each time. Driver helps to get luggage in and off you go. For us this has been easier than Purple Parking when we have been left waiting which is hard when travelling with three kids. Pick up from airport was easy and quick each time.

This was like most car parking for airports, very organised and pick ups were good

I know that easyjet fly from both terminals, so asked the bus driver where we should be dropped. He told us the wrong terminal, so we had to catch the shuttle in tow with 2 young children. We had plenty of time, so it was not an issue, and other than this the servcie was faultless

Once you've chosen Cophall Parking, just follow your instructions / Directions / Return process etc... Just relax during your time away, knowing that your car's safe for the return home.

Arrival process was good and the staff were friendly, with no wait for a minibus to the terminal. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a bus to collect us after we phoned them to pick us up after landing.

All very efficiently dealt with and no hitches or delays in your service. Many thanks.

Very happy with the service, just a bit distance from/to the Airport so you need to allow 20-30 minutes for the transfer before checking in. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about the car park.

A very good efficient way of parking. No hassle very polite staff, you have a team which is fantastic that work together and make a tremendous difference to pEEParking at the airport. Would highly reccomend this site to anyone and good value for money. Keep the good work up!!!! wendy king

I am always satisfied with the service offered by Cophill Parking and will definitely use them again when we travel. The shuttle service was extremely prompt and the driver very helpful and cheerful. A great beginning and finish to a holiday.

The staff were friendly and efficient, coping well with a harassed customer before us. The transfers there and back were timely, didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. Good value for money. I would certainly use them again.

The routine is familiar and similar to other off airport car parks. Cophall scores though on their very friendly check in staff. The transfer to the airport was more or less immediate with approximately a 15 minute wait on the inbound leg so fairly good in my experience. The car was ready on our return to the car park and we were quickly on our way with the same friendly service from the check in staff. Pricing is competitive.

Have used Cophall Parking before without any problems and will definitely consider using again. A very efficient service.
