Courtlands is very close to the airport. We have used them on numerous occasions and they are usually one of the cheapest. We have never had to wait very long for the coach and they are very well organized. I am happy to leave my car in their care.
Polite and prompt check in with a regular bus to the airpor. On phoning courtlands on our return the coach was promtly dispached to pick us up and our Car was ready and waiting for us.
Very good and efficient service; will definitely use again.
I unknowingly returned to North Terminal having departed from South Terminal. I totally confused your staff trying to find out where I should be. On realising that I had given them the wrong terminal they sorted me out. They were very patient and pleasant. well done.
Having parked my vehicle for the intended number of days, my flight was delayed 19 hours, hence in view of the problems with connections and accommodation I decided to return home. Car park staff quickly recovered car from allocated parking and brought to reception. Excellent service
Fast and easy to hand over car and even faster to get it back. It was parked very close to the office, so easy to load our suitcases. The transfer time was just a few minutes. Easy to find stand 10 and only waited 10 minutes to be picked up at the end of our holiday.
Their location so close to South Terminal meant a very quick transfer both ways. Friendly staff and cheapest car-parking I could find! Directions to car park given were spot-on but signage back to M23 from car park could be better, but that's not really their problem.
I found the drivers very polite and happy to wait for us to load our many cases on the bus, unlike another company previously used. We were actually departing from the North terminal which the courtesy buses do not leave from, the transfer system in the airport from the North to South terminal are so good that it was not a real problem. Will certainly use again in future.
My partner changed his flight due to the rugby final!!! so we had to bring our car in at a later date and there was no problem doing this! Thanks! I like being able to drop the car off and having it waiting for me on return without having to hunt around a dark car park on my arrival! Also it was a lot cheaper than the next cheapest!
We arrived just after a bus had left and had a 20 minute wait for the next one - but the chap at the counter said we were welcome to walk there ourselves as it was only a 2 minute walk - which is a good idea if you are not heavily laden. This would be very useful, and we would have done this ourslves: so maybe Courtlands would print out directions for those who want to walk instead of waiting for the bus?
I can highly recommend Courtlands. The whole experience is great, it is so simple just drive in,hand in your booking confirmation, fill in a key label and thats it !! Then hop on the coach for two minutes and your there. They are a very professional set up and i will definately use them again.
Was a very good experience overall. Car Park was easy to find, efficient staff, no hanging about, regular coaches, short trip to airport - worth the money and ease of mind. There were no problems and all run very smoothly. Will be using this facility again.
Directions on how to access the car park were great. Once in the car park directions are clear on where to park. The staff were very helpful and informative and it was a relaxing experience for the start of my holiday. On returning the buses were prompt and again the staff were helpful and informative and my holiday did not end until I had left the car park. I have used Courtlands before and feel that my car is safe and secure whilst I am away. Would recommed Courtlands to everyone.
Serious lack of thought and concern for customers. I had "clocked in" my car in the reception office, I was the only customer there. I had gone to the loo, obvious to the staff dehind the desk. As I emerged, the next coach to the Airport closed its doors and left. I then had a 20 minute wait for the next coach. The office staff could easily have got the coach to wait 30 seconds so I could board it.
We have used Courtlands a few times before with no problems whatsoever. The bus drivers have always been courteous and friendly despite the time of day or weather. Unfortunately on this occasion my drivers door was dented. We are currently having this issue looked into and don't know the outcome yet... only time will tell.
You get more than you pay for with Courtlands, the price really is good. The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly. The only downside was having to wait about 30 minutes for a coach from the airport on returning. Gatwick is really cold at 8am when you are used to Florida's heat!
We wasted 40 minutes driving around the area as the directions on the website were not explicit enough and there was no signage at the roundabout. The website advertised this as North Terminal Parking but we were transferred to the South Terminal and then had to take the train. Staff was aware of this and quite a few clients were caught out thinking we would be dropped directly at the North Terminal. The website details need to be updated and accurate.
its unfortunate that your transfers do not take you to the north terminal. my husband and i were travelling with 2 small children ( a great amount of lugguage ie. pushchair & car seat) and even though the transfer systen between the two terminals was very efficent it was difficult for us to manage with all our bags plus trying to hold onto the children. it did prove to be a bit of a upheval!
Excellent service. Was a bit weird driving past the exit for Gatwick, but instructions were straightforward and I found Courtlands very easily. The beauty of it was just driving straight in, booking in, getting straight on a bus that has a back entrance to the airport, and then finally not having to remember what 'section' or 'zone' you were in, your car was just parked outside the office in easily identifyable bays. The only downside I think is the price. I trawled through several trying to find the cheapest, they are all much of a muchness, but you must make a fortune, I think you should rethink how much you are charging. £50-£60 for a weeks parking is quite a hefty sum on top of everything else.
very good sevice. just five min to the south terminal. when we arrived the bus was waiting n didnt have to wait. within 5 min we were in the car park. it was good to be back so quikly to you car as we had long jurney from sri lanka. my car wouldnt start but staff were there to jump start. please with the service.i will book with them again.
