Arrival Procedure
On arrival the barrier will open automatically. Proceed to the reception and present your booking confirmation. Hand in your car keys to receive a parking receipt. Your vehicle will be parked by valet staff, leaving you free to board the courtesy coach to the terminal.
Departure Procedure
Transfer buses pick up passengers from the South Terminal on the Upper forecourt. On return to the car park, go to reception with your parking receipt issued on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close by, ready to exit the Long Stay Plus car park.
Transfer information
Long Stay Plus operates transfers to the South Terminal every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking approximately 2-3 minutes. For maximum convenience, you will be dropped off on the upper forecourt, adjacent to the terminal entrance - this is ideal for direct access to the terminal building.
Security at Long Stay Plus Parking

Disabled Facilities
Suitable for Blue badge holders. The reception building and all courtesy coaches are fully DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant.
Insurance Details
The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving the site.
Vehicle restrictions
Maximum vehicle height is 2.5 metres (8 feet, 2 inches). Trailers are not permitted.
Other Important Information
Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (Monorail) has closed to passengers. A new track will reopen on the 28th April 2010, and the second in July 2010. A replacement bus service will run from the North Terminal forecourt to the South Terminal forecourt within this period.
Directions to Long Stay Plus Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at Junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Keeping on the inside lane, exit left at the next roundabout following signs for the South terminal. Then take the second exit on the left, sign posted Long Term car park. Follow signs for Long Stay South and bear left until you reach the entrance barrier for Long Stay South Plus car park.

It was just what we needed to get our holiday off to a good start. The process was very good and easy to follow and the service was very good.

On arriving at Bus Stop 8 the coach was waiting and even though we were the only passengers we were taken straight to pick up our car and in fact were leaving Gatwick within 10 minutes of boarding the bus. We could not have expected more. Thank you

when we arrived the car park was covered in snow andeven so the buses were running normally. On our return our battery was flat and the staff came quickly to jump start the car, We will certainly use this car park again.

very accommodating when first flight was cancelled they gave a voucher that was then used from the following day, helpful friendly staff and felt happy leaving the car with them. excellent.
You should never have took our booking if all your car parks were full !!! We travel frequently and always looking for on airport car parks and was disappointed at being sent to another car park after having pre paid for your one!! Please could you e-mail me an explanation as to why this happened .
The outgoing driver was outside chatting for a good while and the bus left the car park late. No issue for me but if this is a regular occurence, it might affect the regularity with which bueses arrive and depart

Transfer bus from carpark to terminal waiting and left within 2 minutes, transfer time 2 minutes. Waited for 1 minute at terminal for bus, left 1 minute later. Shortest waiting times I've ever experienced at a number of airports as was the journey times, just what's needed after tiring flights.
We will definitely use this car park again. Buses were punctual and clean. Very nice driver. We have previously paid another provider more for "meet and greet" which took a lot longer
