Long Stay Plus Parking reviews

The car park was very easy to find, check-in was very quick and efficient and the transfer to the terminal immediate. Can't fault the service in any way.

Good start to our holiday. Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean efficient transfer bus. On return we waited no more than 3 mins for the transfer bus and on arrival at depot, very quickly dealt with and was soon on the road home.

I've used Long Term Parking Plus on several occasions and always been pleased with the service. This time though, on return to the office I was given my keys and told my car was in bay 2 which is some way from the office. Previously my car had always been very close to the office. There is no advantage in using this park as opposed to the ordinary Long Term Park if you find your car parked so far away. I'll use Long Term Park in the future.

After a long flight,no nonsense quick turn around is just what's needed. On the road and away and home in time for breakfast!

Parking was easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, and transfers were every 2 minutes. will definitely use again

Long Stay Plus was excellent, the check in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. Collection was also a doddle a short bus ride from the South Terminal and the car was ready for collection. A good service all round.

Entrance to car park easy enough but late at night signage around airport for exit to M25 was very unclear.

My sister and I used the Long Stay Plus car park from April 5th 2011 for one week. We returned from our trip with my sisters husband and disabled son and was assured the car would be parked as close as possible to reception, which it was. We were impressed with the help and effeciency of the staff and the quickness of the transfer to the airport,we will definately be using this car park again in the future

Only possible improvement would be slightly better instructions as to how to get to the car park.

On return, a longer than expected walk from the reception to the furthest row (my car was in space 33! Otherwise satisfied
