I have parked with long stay plus many times and found all the staff helpful. the buses arrive and leave on time. My car has never been damaged and is always easy to locate.

It would be helpful to have assistance with the luggage on and off the bus - both my wife and I are slightly disabled and elderly. However, we did have help at the reception from one member of staff who kindly retrieved our vehicle and helped with the luggage into our vehicle, for which we are most grateful

It was just what we needed to get our holiday off to a good start. The process was very good and easy to follow and the service was very good.

easy to find carpark, go transfers and car ready and waiting when I got back....

On arriving at Bus Stop 8 the coach was waiting and even though we were the only passengers we were taken straight to pick up our car and in fact were leaving Gatwick within 10 minutes of boarding the bus. We could not have expected more. Thank you

Very convenient service apart from changing buses to get to the North Terminal, but the assistants and drivers were very helpful with our luggage

when we arrived the car park was covered in snow andeven so the buses were running normally. On our return our battery was flat and the staff came quickly to jump start the car, We will certainly use this car park again.

easy check in. no waiting around for bus to take you to the terminal. easy to pick up bus at end of holiday. friendly staff. all round good choice for parking

The staff were very helpful and got us loaded onto the transfer buses very quickly, loading our bags for us for maximum efficiency.

very accommodating when first flight was cancelled they gave a voucher that was then used from the following day, helpful friendly staff and felt happy leaving the car with them. excellent.

You should never have took our booking if all your car parks were full !!! We travel frequently and always looking for on airport car parks and was disappointed at being sent to another car park after having pre paid for your one!! Please could you e-mail me an explanation as to why this happened .

The outgoing driver was outside chatting for a good while and the bus left the car park late. No issue for me but if this is a regular occurence, it might affect the regularity with which bueses arrive and depart
