Transfer bus from carpark to terminal waiting and left within 2 minutes, transfer time 2 minutes. Waited for 1 minute at terminal for bus, left 1 minute later. Shortest waiting times I've ever experienced at a number of airports as was the journey times, just what's needed after tiring flights.

We will definitely use this car park again. Buses were punctual and clean. Very nice driver. We have previously paid another provider more for "meet and greet" which took a lot longer

Coach on return was very prompt. Clean coaches and helpful staff. Good value for money and nice and near airport. The only downside was on return trying to find car in dark - not light enough or signposed clearly enough. Overall would definately use again.

Very easy to find no hassle just park your car go to reception and thay do the rest what more do you want .

Convenient location for Gatwick and found the experience to be an efficient, fast and hassle free service both on arrival and return.

You car park was cheaper than others and pleasantly nearer to the terminals than I woudl have thought. Staff were helpful Very efficient especially on the return, the queue was delat with very quickly.

The car park is easy to get to from the motorway , good directions given by Go Simply , the drop off is very quick as is the booking in .The collection of your car is just as quick , I will continue to use this service ,good value.

Everything was very acceptable except on arrival, when the chaotic boarding of return bus with luggage was very disappointing. There is no control over boarding and some older people were virtually pushed aside as it was every man for himself. Installation of some queuing system is required.

We arrived - found the place easily - Quick, friendly and efficient desk service straight on the bus!!! Excellent start to our holiday!!! .... The return to pick up the car was just as easy!!!...Could not fault it!!! Thank you.

The entrance was right at the start of Gatwick airport so no driving through. Transfers both ways were within a couple of minutes and car was waiting for us to collect, would definetly use again.

it took away the worry of how I would get to and from the airport and was a lot cheaper than a taxi would have been. Will definately be using the service again.

what actually happened was that we took a wrong turn and ended up paying £74 to exit the long stay car park instead of the long stay plus. Is there any chance we could get our money back?We parked in the wrong place as well which didnt help,and we asked several staff if made any difference but no one said it would cost so much more.

This is easily the best South Terminal car park provided the price is competitive as it was on this occasion but often it is not

The service was fantastic.Booking online and directions to Long Stay Plus Parking were easy to follow.When we arrived the staff were very helpful and made our journey the most enjoyable we have had .Five minutes from leaving the car keys at the office and taking the transport which was waiting for us we were in the airport.On our return once again the trancport was there to take us back to the to the car park where our car was ready for us to continue our journey home,We will make our next holiday car parking with Long Stay Plus Parking.Well done to all the staff.

The service was first class from arriving at the reception to being transported to the terminal took less than ten minutes. I would highly recommend the service and will definately be using it again. Friendly, helpful staff and the car was parked very nearby for me on our return, witha three year old and bags galore, this was a godsend.

Was expecting car to be at the drop off bay when collecting it but hadn't realised you had to go and get it from the car park. It wasn't too far away but the impression I had before, when I was booking in, was that the car would be waiting for us by the office. This would be loads easier-especially travelling with little kids.

My partner is disabled and the bus driver who took us from the terminal to the car park (5 minutes) was extremely helpful, holding the bus for us and assisitng with our luggage. We would use this service again.
