Overall the parking went well. the drop off and pick up went well no waiting. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend it to others to use. Also the price was good because we booked early

Not sure there really is a prize draw and anyway £25 isn't much to get excited about. I will stop giving reviews. I've been booking my parking through and haven't once received any special offers. Do they exist???

Directions to the car park were clear, it was convenient for the airport, the staff were helpful and friendly and the shuttle buses were pleasant and punctual. Altogether, they made the start and end of the holiday stress-free - great!

Booking was straightforward, transfer to/from the airport was quick and easy, price was good (booked in advance).

From the clear directions and gates lifting as we approached, this did exactly what it said, or better, and did it well. The transfers were more frequent than advertised; there was neither delay nor hassle involved in the process at arrival and departure. The people involved in this fairly automated process were pleasant and helpful, I would recommend it without reservation.

Extremely simple, no queues, no waiting, not delays. Is close to the terminal with straightforward procedures. Will definitely use again.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. You never wait long for your transfer and last Sunday I was the only personb on the bus. Travelled 4x's and every time the same experience.

First class service,car park easy to find and exit from, will recommend to family and friends.

we found the car park easy to find and use very quick in and out and fast transfer to the airport , and no volcanic dust problems unlike spain

Thanks for your proffesional approach and understanding relating to the Icelandic volcano disruption. No additional charges, this gave me peace of mind whilst enjoying my holiday.

I was very pleased with the services and would be happy to park there again.

My partner is an amputee (no left arm) and his right arm has recently been diagnosed with tennis elbow. On our return journey the driver of the pick up coach ignored my request to open the low side doors to load my luggage. I therefore had to load both cases from the front end of the coach. Our normal service provider loads luggage for us automatically without any request.

On return my car was ready & on presentation of the receipt I collected the keys & left the Car Park. However at the barriers I was asked again for the receipt which had been taken by the receptionist. The woman on the barrier refused to contact reception to confirm I had collected the vehcile & sought to make me return to discuss with reception. Only after some debate was it accepted that had been a failing on your part & that had the receipt been returned or I advised that it would be needed again there would have been no problem. After these discussions I was permitted to depart.

Only comment was that it is useful to have a service that is available for 24 hours.

Drop off very easy as you can just hand in the keys and get on the bus and there was no queue when we arrived. Return is not much faster than returning to your own car in a regular car park, especially as there is a whole bus of people queuing for their keys at the same time - but staff pretty efficient and was a good experience overall. also good not to have to remember where you parked your car and worrying if you will find it again!

There is no hanging about as transfers are prompt and short. All in all this is a very hassle-free experience.

Minimal time spent waiting around due to frequent transfers to and from the airport. Would use it again.
