the parking was nice and near to the airport, did not have to wait long for the pick up bus which took a couple of minutes to drop off at departure lounge.

Easy to book, good location relative to airport, frequent buses with enough space for luggage. Only one slight downside - it took a long time to get back to our car because our zone was visited last.

I had to go to customer services because I was not clear about how to verify my payment proof on arrival. However I was informed that I actually didn't need to do anything! This was great but could have been made a little clearer on entry barriers.

Didn't charge extra when my flight was cancelled despite arriving a full day late. This massively improved a terrible day!

Having booked online, parking was straightforward with instructions easy to follow. The transfer buses ran regularly in both directions. Although 8 hours late returning to the uk, there were no extra charges.

Having booked this option (at higher expense), I found that the time required from car to terminal and back was not really any different than for off-site parking.

Everything you expect. No waiting, easy transfers, no damage to our vehicle. Our return flight was delayed and there was no surcharge.

We were very impressed with whole experience. Everything was straightforward and uncomplicated. To be able to park safely and securely at the airport whilst also being very good value for money means we will definitely do it again. We have even recommended it to our friends and family.

At the car park we were advised to make a note of car park row and not of the bus stop. had a job to find D84 bus driver didn't know where it was, if we had the bus stop number it would have saved a lot of time and walking around. Still next time we will know what to do.
