Long Stay South Parking reviews

Very easy to find, plenty of car parking spaces. I liked to fact that I could take my keys with me. Transfer bus was punctual and easy to find. Very straightforward process.

The carpark was really easy to find, seemed to be lots of transfer buses, we got straight on one both ways. Entry and exit easy too as the system reads the cars reg and therefore links to the booking instantly.

The biggest challenge was the FHR booking didn't appear in their computer. It took the poor cashiers over 10 minutes to enter the data manually. This is not a problem with the car park but the provider FHR and that needs sorting out because when you've got 6 hours worth of jet-lag on you it's no fun!

Found this much better than similar services we've used at other arports. No problems finding it, parked in -10.5 cold so a freezing wait for transfer bus but came within the 10 mins. advertised. So close to airport and we were delivered right outside terminal doors. Very easy to find coach on way home - just waiting there so got straight on. Would definately recomend and we would use again - depending on price, of course!

This was so easy and fast too. Arrived at car park which was well sign posted. Parked car within minutes and bus to terminal. Could not have been easier - Well done and thank you!

The licence plate recognition didn't work, possibly because I turned up an hour early, so I took a ticket. This meant I had to stop at customer service and show my booking confirmation on the way out, but this wasn't a problem. There is a toilet in customer services which is a plus. Bus service was regular enough.

While not the cheapest airport parking it is defintely the most convenient and completely reliable. I would use again.

I found the booking process online slightly taxing, but in the end I have received clear instructions. I found them helpful, I found everything working as described in the instructions. Transfer to terminal and back was smooth and fast, no long waiting or overcrowded bus. I would recommend this service and would use it again myself.

Very clear instructions emailed beforehand, found it easily; transfer to Gatwick arrived quickly & was hassle-free. We will definitely use this service again!

We left the car for 3 weeks as it worked out about the same as the cost of a taxi from our home in West London to Gatwick. As we have a 5 year old and an 8 month old, it was much more convenient to have our car especially on our return. We only had to wait a few minutes for a bus to take us to the terminal (a less than 5 minute journey) and when we returned, there was a bus waiting outside the terminal to take us back to the car. It's the second time that we've used Long Stay South Parking at Gatwick, and both times it's been trouble-free with almost no time spent waiting. I have no hesitation in recommending this service, and we will always use it whenever we fly from Gatwick.
