Offered all that is required from car park company , speedy,efficient and friendly staff.

Easy to book and easy to use service with good staff who were very helpful, especially helpful considering we were travelling with a 2 year old & needed an extra pair of hands. Would use again.

Well signposted and easy to find, staff very good although one that I dealt with could do with improvement in their English but not really a problem. Transfer coming back from terminal was very full but again as everything went very smoothly no worries with using you again.

Very good service, good value and easy to use. The staff are helpful,their car park is close to the airport and the bus stop is easy to find.

This was simple to book and excellent value for money. I received an email shortly before our departure informing us that the Summer Special car park closed for the winter season whilst we were away and our car would therefore be available for collection in the Valet Parking section of the car park opposite the terminal building. Very efficient service, which worked very well and in our favour! I will definitely book through this site again.

Easy process and about 10 minutes in all from parking the car up to arriving at the terminal by transfer,will definately use again..

This car park is easy to find, close to terminal and represented value for money compared to all the others at 'so called discounts'. Unfortunately when returning to collect my car, I discovered one of the door mirrors had been hit. These are expensive electric mirrors and should have been folded when parked. The management are not accepting responsibility, even though their drivers moved my car after I left it. They emailed the T's & C's which do not mention items such as mirrors. Their attitude has spoiled an otherwise good experience!

The staff were polite enough, although on checking-in they had not received the information from Park & Go. AT the check-out/car collection time, it was unfortunate that all the toilets at the Summer Special Parking were just out of order, but the staff could at least have been apologetic towards me and another customer.

It's so easy, park your car, hand in your keys, transfer bus and go. Just as simple coming back too. Brilliant.

Everything went smoothly both on arrival and departure from Summer Special Carpark. I would use this service again.
