I thought that the service was excellent ang very good value. Would use the firm every time we go away from now on.

Only comment is that on my arrival I had been instructed to telephone a specific number which I did twice without getting a response. Thankfully the driver appeared within minutes with my car but not before I had started shivering in the cold pick up point which was a shock after the heat of Jamaica.

Used these people 2 or 3 times now and each time they have been First class.

Thoroughly recommended. On arrival the driver was very punctual and even called us before we arrived at Gatwick to check arrival time etc. On return we waited in the wrong place (our fault) and the driver was very patient in handling my somewhat stressful reaction. Good value, easy to book and excellent service.

I booked for somebody to meet me to take car and meet me to give it back. Premier fulfilled both tasks on time no issues, the driver was very friendly and I would definitely use them again.
