Overall service was good, changes to terminal and drop off times were accomodated with ease, on time for drop off and return, no excessive mileage on the car. However, on return of the car the condition was poor as it looked like it had been parked under a tree that was home to a hundred incontinent pigeons.

to be honest i felt a little uneasy at handing my key over to a complete stranger at the airport and half expected when i returned that the phone number would no longer exist when i rang it,however my fears were totally unfounded,it was a very pleasant experience and much easier than running around a car park trying to remember where you have parked.the car was returned to me in the same condition i left it and would definitely use this company again.

they knew who I was when I called, both on arrival and departure. They were waiting when I arrived and were quick to return my car when I came back from holiday, so hard to fault - I would use them again

This was my 1st time using this service. It was so much better with zero hassle than using a carpark with transfer buses, etc. Absolutely will use this service again. Many thanks guys

We went with Premier because they seemed a top rate company online. The reality could not have been more different. Awful experience, late both times, rude driver and scratches on car.

Waited 10 mins for car on return. Other than that service friendly and efficient.

We arrived far earlier than expected but they arrived within 20 minutes. On return, they pulled up at 1:45 am just as we were walking out of the erminal. Just what we needed. Excellant
