There seemed to be major work doing in the car park so the disabled bays on the left were out of action as we were hoping to use one for my mother it was a bit inconvenient. Also a bit misleading when you arrive as although it says short stay car park it also says NCP and not BCP or whatever was on our paperwork so we wernt sure if we were in the correct car park and at 4am not too many people to ask!!!!!!! But all in all would recommend it to others.

There was a problem with the entrance/exit machines at the car park. After following instructions on prebooking sheet, on exit was then charged an extra £55 (double what I originally paid) - BCP apologised and said NCP at Luton were having problems. Have to wait 7 days for a refund. BCP customer support very good.

Found it very easy to book/reserve/pay for Luton car park. Easy to reach, find and park. So close to building and a real time saver. Only negative .. is that I was charged £82 as I left car park (3 day charge) having already pre-paid for 2 day stay at £36!! Waiting for Refund.

booking the car park on line was easy going into the car park was easy but when we returned and used our credit card to get out of the car park we were charged an additional £90.00 after 4 telephone calls and a email to customer services we received a telephone call with an apology saying that our credit card will be credit back the £90.00. however if we hadn't of had this problem then i wouldn't hesitate in recommending this service. The past 4 times we have used the long stay and caught the bus in.

Arrived with a booking (short term parking) made by the Company, using Company Card. While reading the directions we came across the comment that we should use the same card to enter. Luckily the staff on duty was very helpful and allowed us entry. We were also advised to contact the desk upon return and they would sort it out for us. Staff on duty at the desk was also helpful and cleared the matter. We encountered no problems at all and are very pleased with the service. Thank you.

NCP staff were very helpful and explained why I had a ticket given to me although I had booked and paid online. He told me that you were upgrading the system and everything had gone pear-shaped. Nonetheless, my car was safe and secure although late when we arrived back at Luton after a very tiring day, the exit was problem free and we were able to make our way home with ease. Many thanks.

When i had finally decided that this was the car park i had booked, i found a parking space really easily, the car park is easy to navigate even though the surface is a little poor, i will be using this facility again later this month, customer service was great answering my questions and would definately recommend to others.

we parked right near the airport terminal, excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk. the car park has more pot holes than anywhere else i have ever been, in desperate need or resurfacing. we didn't see anyone in charge, but luckly we didn't encounter any problems getting in or out.

Very convenient and the best 'value' for money I could find (put value in quotes since £12 for one day is still criminal, but not simplyparking's fault!). Must admit I checked my account a few times over the following days, half expecting Luton Airport to mess up and charge me a fortune on the card I used, but that didn't happen, so it really does work. Well done simplyparking!

On arrival first barrier I tried did not accept my card.Car park was nearly full so even though I pre-booked I may not have been able to get a space.Suggest you keep area for this.If you have one then it was not made clear to me.As I have used several car parks at different airports both on and off site I found this the least value for money dispite being close to the airport.

Park car in Long stay car park and went to terminal by the bus transfere. When we were waiting for call to gate realized that I'd left something in my car. Quick trip to car and back and all was well. Couldnt do that with lots of airport carparking there wouldnt be time. Thanks

The email booking advised that I use my credit card at the barrier on entering the car park. When I got to the barrier the instruction inferred that If I had made an advance booking I should press for a ticket which I did. As a result when coming to leave the car park I had to pay a second time and a greater sum than originally. When I pressed the call button for help the attendant was kost unhelpful and insisted on talking over my conversation - was clearly not interested in listening. I have still - despite several emails, had no success in recovering the extra money paid. Everyone appears to want to hide behind the fact that I must produce evidence in the way of my credit card statement. Master card will not provide this until the second week in May. Surely you must be able to see that you have been paid twice by the same person using the same credit card for the same time period!

The airport was easy to find and very convenient, being located next to departures. In addition, we didn't have to queue for parking or parking tickets. However, having paid by credit card, it wasn't immediately clear on arrival at the aiport how we could access the car park through the automatic barriers (the credit card was required to open the barriers).

Once I'd booked online, I only had to show up and enter my credit card to gain entry and to exit the car park. The car park is only a few minutes walk from the airport terminal building which was a definite bonus. However, one complaint would be that the tarmac surface of the car park was uneven and covered in potholes which did not make for easy driving or parking.

Very welcoming and straight forward. Inserted my card and it recognised it and said welcome. After I returned and picked up my car, I inserted my card again and it said drive safely. I would say it was quite conveinent against the bitter blowing winter wind.

Location was brilliant, security looked good (and my car was still there!), access using my credit card was so easy it was unreal. The down side was that the spaces were a little on the small side, and the potholes are just unacceptable negligence on the part of the owners (come on at those prices the surface should be better maintained than that!). Prices were such that it just warrants paying for the convenience, but any more and I would go through the transfer to the airport by shuttle bus performance.

The car park was well-lit, but people parked in restricted areas making it difficult to drive around car park. There were no undue hold ups and no problem booking on-line.

Our flight was delayed so we had an extended stay in the car park,unplanned,and from our understanding prior to exciting the car park this shouldn't have been a problem.Unfortunately the barrier machine didn't accept my credit car and I had to return to the terminal building to seek assistance,the gentelman on the reception informed me to return to the car and press the assistance button,so we did.The excits were very busy and when we got to the barrier the line was engaged and remained so for aproximetley 8 minutes,which is a long time when you have a que building up behind you.I had to return on foot to the terminal buliding again to seek assistance.Other than the stress of this which we could have done without following an unplanned extended trip,we were pleased with the service.
