A good service - reasonable price. The only problem I had was I entered an incorrect car registration number, so went on the website to get the telephone number, rang it, but got an automated service and could not find anyone to talk to - a bit frustrating - gave up in the end. This wasn't a problem in the end.

Proximity to terminal is great, saves time on outbound and is so convenient inbound. However, Luton have problems with carpark barriers and credit card recognition. In addition, they have charged my card double the amount I had already pre-paid. I now have to sort this out with Luton Express and wait an age for them to decide to refund me!

This is a good car park. It's greatest asset is being practically next door to luton's terminal (literally 1 minute walk or 2 with heavy cases!) There always seems to be space and the service could not be simpler. Pre-book by card and then you just insert your debit/credit card at entry and exit. The tarmac surface could perhaps do with being redone but that is certainly not the main shortcoming. The main shortcoming is the PRICE!!! Very expensive! Almost more than the flight itself....

The location of the parking is excellent, but price does seem rather high, it is actually more than double for off airport parking. I would have thought 1.5 times would have been more accurate. Other than that no complaints.

The car park was very close to the terminal bulding so it was just a short walk. Once I'd worked out how to insert my card into the machine getting in and out was quick and efficient. No signs to say that I was actually in the correct park. The surface was rough in places which made pulling a bag on wheels quite difficult.

The approach for entering the express car park is not very clear for somebody coming for the first time. The ground surface are in a very poor condition which does not facilitate the movment of trolleys. At present only one route to the terminal is covered against rain, it will be good to have the other one fitted as well

My flight was delayed so although I had allowed extra time I still exited about 30 minutes later than i had paid for - thought that might cause a problem at the barrier but it didn't. Good 'welcome' for me and that alone will make me book again for my next trip in 10 days time.

For a weekend special, the rate I got was roughly the same as long term so considering that, it was very good value. It was great to be able to walk to the terminal. The parking surface is full of pot holes so your luggage bounces a lot as you try to walk with it. Also, you have to remember where you parked as I did not see any signs stating which row you are in.

The car park is very close to the airport compared with other airport short stays. It's also pretty good value in comparision to LHR etc, booking, paying and parking is also easy. The only down side is that the surface is pretty tatty, more like hardcore than tarmac.

Excellent so near to the Terminal. However, the road surface needs re-tarmaccing.

Easy to book on the web, lots of useful info back from your web site, everything worked well.

A great option due to the convenience, price seemed reasonable for onsite parking. It was liberating to just walk into the terminal. Only difficulty was it took a while to get an answer via the intercom to get the barrier lifted when our credit card did not automatically open the barrier due to an admin confusion.

I chose to park in the short term car park for 5 days (Thurs-Mon). The cost, while substantial (approx £80) was cheaper than a 1-way journey by taxi from central London. It was easy to book & to operate with a credit card. I was concerned that there was little visible security re car being broken into & I presume it could have been stolen by someone arriving in a broken down car & leaving in my somewhat smarter one as I had no specific ticket for it. I did not want to answer question re transfer as we chose to park within walking distance of the terminal, but it seems this is necessary- so I have rated it great- transfer by short walk!

I thought the parking was great. We had many choices and chose the parking right next to the terminal which is so convenient.

The experience was fine, except it took a while to find a parking space. The booking does not reserve a parking space! The staff inside the terminal building at the NCP counter were pleasant enough when I enquired to confirm that I had indeed parked in the right place.

Very easy to use and very convenient but quite expensive compared with other car parks. No need for any contact with staff so no confusion. Re-surfacing would not go amiss.

Did not see any staff in or around car park. perhaps could not identify because they had no outstanding clothing? Some spaces a bit tight and the walk to the terminal was dirty, full of litter, especially cigarette butts. Will definitely use Luton epress parking again. Great to get a special weekend rate but would like to see a much more competitive weekly (max time) rate. If more than a week was allowed it would defeat the object of SHORT term parking.

Very pleased with the parking & service provided, will definately use again.
