Everything happened without a hitch. Signs and directions were clear, numberplate recognition was brilliant, the ticket for leaving the car park worked perfectly, the transfer bus was frequent and I was pleased to see that the carpark was well lit at night.

The car park is very handy for the terminal, however early in the morning (5am) a lot of people were waiting for the bus which was very crowded. I looked at walking to the terminal as its very close, however could not find access to a footpath so returned to que with all the other early starters. I also noticed that the car park has a lot of pot holes some of which are very deep and need urgent attention. I have previously used the long term car park but for some reason this was showing full, looking at the car park from the plane on take it was clearly empty, was this a ploy during low volumn periods to get everyone to use the Mid term ?????

Transer bus can take up to 15/20 mins to arrive at your stop in car park, so build this into your time to get to airport. Other than that, service works well, is convenient & well sign posted.

The proximity to the airport is the main attraction for this car park. The surfacing is basic, as are the bus shelters. Facilities are not readily apparent though I believe some exist by the bus entrance. Fortunately the bus service is frequent.

Good - On entry barrier said welcome personally Bad - Spaces tight, carpark surface terrible, busses unpredictable and layout and signs etc discouraged walking, very expensive to park for 1 day

You don't eem top be able to walk from the car park which would only take 5 mins instead of hanging around waiting for the transfer bus

I cannot be sure that the extra expense of Mid term is worth it over Long term, since in both, a transfer coach is needed (if you have luggage). I may try Long term next time to find out! My return flight was late and I was concerned when a fee of £17-50 was requested on exit. However, via the message panel AT THE EXIT and my reference number, the gate was open with no trouble. (I did not see this message panel and walked some distance to another building, only to be told how to use it)

it was a bit expensive for one day of parking at £14.99. you should make it £8 or £10.
