Car park well signposted on approach road to airport. The shuttle bus only takes 5 mins to get you to the terminal and runs frequently.

There is no nearer place to the terminal at Luton Airport to park than the Luton Mid Term parking offered by simplyparking.co.uk.

If all goes smoothly, the time between parking and arriving in the terminal is minimal compared to eg. Stansted but sometimes the buses seem few and far between although on this particular occasion the transfer was fairly seamless. The system of using your credit card for access and on leaving is also very good.

The transfers were quick and efficient, we didn't really have to wait. The place is easy to find, due to the web site instructions, and for a short weekend trip it is great value for money compared with other modes of transport.

A good compromise for business travel between short-term park (best access; expensive) and long-term park (cheapest; longer transfer time).

Its a place to park the car, just two minutes by bus from the airport. The pickups could be more frequent, some of the people in the queue at 6.00 am had been waiting 20 minutes. The car was really muddy when I got back, it had been raining heavily and the surface is just loose gravel.

This is a useful car park, and the convenience of booking 'online' makes it most convenient.

Situated very close to the Airport Terminal with a very convenient entry system if you've pre-booked. Queue for return transfer was substantial and that was at 10.00pm on a Saturday night. Only moderate value given the cost of a valet park elsewhere. Website booking simple.

The car park is close to the terminal, and our transfer arrived quickly, however seems like a long wait if you have just missed a transfer. Unused buses parked up, but obviously not enough drivers to man and drive buses for a more frequent service. Still pricey when compared with budget fares for 4 day trip, cost of parking was the same as the flight.

Very good service although we did not see any personnel. Easy to find, easy to use and near airport which was a bonus.

Could do with notices to remind drivers to remember where their car is parked! That is the only problem we have encountered on our many stays at mid-term car park. the transfers are fairly quick, so not much hanging around.

My experience was fine. A little costly, but good location only 3-4 minutes from the terminal. A very minor point but for the price I think you could expect a tarmac surface to the car park!

Car park was well signposted, found a space pretty easily, short transfer to airport and didn't have to wait many minutes for the bus, most importantly...my car was still there when I returned and not a scratch on it...always a good thing!!

Found online booking convenient and efficient. I did want a receipt but could not get one, so was not sure how much I had paid. Can this be rectified?

Car parking is very expensive considering that the car park is a piece of waste ground with no clearly defined spaces. There should be some type of discount for regular users.

I use the Luton Mid Term parking on a regular basis, I think it is better than the short term!

Overall, easy to book online, get to the car park and airport and back again! No problems.

Good overall experience. easy to find. pre-booking was easy and speeded up entry / exit. frequent coach transfer the short distance to terminal building. car park surface is poor and is need of new tarmac / re-surfacing.

The main problem I have is that even though I use my credit card to book, when I depart, my card does not work and I have to push the button to be let out. This happens each time I book. Why is that? The gentleman always lets me out when I give him my reference number, but it should happen automatically with using my credit card.

I definitely use Mid-Term Parking again!
