Only the exit,by calling to give the code ,was ennoying,because we had to wait because the line was engaged for quite a while.

As long as someone answers at the other end of the intercom internet booking works fine, although the codes dint seem to match up.

Several people were crammed into the bus on both journeys. They were unable to lift their heavy cases onto the high racks so they took up floor space thereby stopping more passengers getting on. The bus driver asked everyone to move down the bus as there were empty seats at the rear. Unfortunately there were people with pushchairs and suitcases unable to move. He did not offer help putting suitcases on the racks therefore everyone was stuck where they were and good use was not made of the available space. When the time came for people to get off at their various stops in the car park, they were unable to move and exiting was chaotic and dangerous.

Easy to find. Plenty of space to park, although the surface was a little rough. Courtesy bus ready and waiting to take you to the terminal which was only a 3 minute ride - or seemed to be. When I returned, again the bus was waiting. I did however have problems exiting the car park. The button to press to speak to the staff to give the reference number was not clearly signed and help from someone was required. Overall though, a good experience and although more expensive than the flight I took, I would probably use again !

car park was fine , its a piece of land to put your vehicle .I was dissapointed there was no record of my vehicle reg , ref number , email or anything . I was stuck at the gate, trying to explain to the guy i had already paid and given him my ref number which he didnt have . So all in all , i was very dissapointed . Was almost as if i used a site that was fake ! i wasnt happy with my experience , im lucky i managed to get away without paying the £30 they were asking . Otherwise i wouldve paid £50 in total and be trying to get my £30 back . I think you need to review your system . good luck , will take some love to have me use your service again .

The car park was easy to find. Surface and markings (Row Nos) could have been more obvious. Notice at the airport re visiting desk at terminal hadn't been changed but it was fortunate I had read notice in the bus stop, which did have an erratum sticker so I knew to go straight to the car park and give reference number upon exit. Very close to the airport and particularly good value for money if purchased over the internet.

Parked the car close to the entry/exit and walked to the terminal in a few minutes as I just missed a bus. On return, bus arrived at terminal after a few minutes' wait. Good experience at a reasonable price

for my latest stay, which this query is about it was extremely helpful that a staff person was at the exit gates in order to forward the internet booking number to the collegue in charge of the gate which did speed up thing significantly faithfully (an internet information that the in airport operating desk is not in use would have been helpful in february..) Having used Mid Term Parking before I had no hesitation in using it again. Pricier than those car parks further out but you have the peace of mind that the transfer is very quick and efficient without a lot of hanging around or being stuck in traffic. Instructions for entering and leaving the car park based upon emailed information - but it worked without hitch. No staff apparent - so could be a bit unnerving if there are not many others parking/collecting. However, would use again.

So simple to book and get on with your business without having to worry about cost and security. The instructions are very clear on how to park and what to do thereafter. Staff were very quick and efficient. The transfers were much quicker than advertised. Will use the service again.

Great value for money and very convenient. Handy you just need to quote booking reference on exit - no need to queue for booking validation.

Luton Mid term parking is located very close to the terminal. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a bus which took about 5 minutes to travel to the Terminal which was handy as I had limited time before check in. It is still reasonably expensive for a short trip of 4 days but quite a bit cheaper when booked online rather than on the day.

The one thing that spoilt this expereince was the difficulty in exiting the car park. The office in the terminal building has now been removed and you are supposed to use the intercom on the car park barrier to quote your reference and exit. However this was constantly engaged and a queue of cars built up all trying to use this service. This prevented other users from exiting and caused great frustration for those who were trying to get through. This was very poor and needs sorting out.

I have never had any problems with Mid term parking and always a happy face on the buses and at validation desk.

Car park was not full and spaces easy to locate. Transfers were prompt. Improvements that could be made are a better car park surface and markings. Faster transfer if main drop off car park was better organised. This is not a fault with Mid Term but with alterations that Luton are carring out at present and causes a que of traffic back to Mid Term at peak times.

I find the car park expensive considering the poor surface and facilities. There are puddles everywhere on a rainy day. Also validation machine did not work, however the guy at the desk was helpful and let us out when we rang the button so no problem with that.

We have used this parking area aound 4/5 times and found it to be the most convienient and good value too.We have used off airport parking and found it to be an awful lot of hassle,with the car not being found for 1/2hour by the car park staff.We had to call the AA out this last time as the battery was flat. They were able to find us without any trouble. We will of course continue using this excellant facility.

Some of the lighting was not working at the top of the Car Park which meant that last in got the unlit parking, not always good for security. Apart from that it was perfectly adequate and the transfer to the main terminal was only 5 minutes.

As stated above, I boarded the bus at stop 2. I had not seen a bus whilst driving round to find a space, and when I got to the stop another passenger had been waiting about 5 minutes. I then waited for about 15 minutes before the bus returned. There had only been a couple of passengers board the bus at the aiport so I was surprised that it had taken so long, a journey of just a couple of minutes there and back.
