I was in the short term car park for a long weekend. It was really good to be able to walk to and from the airport. Payment was quick and easy using my credit card. I would certainly use the service again should I use Luton.

Luton Mid term parking is very straight forward to organise and use. Transfer to and from the airport was fine and very quick. Just need to be patient finding a space and then take bearings to remember where the car is on your return.

I inserted the same credit card as booking but was issued a ticket at the gate so had to pay twice, my car was also damaged.

Easy to book, quick to locate from the motorway and value for money.

The mid term car park at Luton airport is one of the easiest and fastest to use. The only issue I have is that the transfer buses from the Terminal building to the car park are too infrequent, especially when compared to the rail service buses. This leads to uncomfortable and in some cases dangerous overcrowding.

As a first time user, I found it difficult to find an empty slot and also thought the signs for rows/lines were not that good to find car on return.

Apart from pros and cons, I have heard it mentioned that some people would prefer to see some definite zoning of the park other than the collection/drop-off points, although it has never been a problem for me.
