Airparks Manchester Meet and Greet

Arrival Procedure

When you are 15 minutes away from the airport, please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your arrival time. Your driver will be wearing an Airparks jacket with nametag, and will be looking out for your vehicle.

• Terminal 1: On arrival at the airport, follow the signs for Terminal 1 departures. Follow the ramp up into the Multi-Storey car park and unload your luggage and passengers at Level 5 (departures entrance floor). Proceed up to Level 11, where the driver will meet you by the entrance to the lifts.
• Terminal 2: On arrival at the airport, follow the signs for Terminal 2 departures. Unload your luggage and passengers at departure level in the drop off area (just past the second set of departure doors on the left). Proceed to the end of the departures lane and turn right into the Multi-Storey car park. Take the ramp down to Level C, turn right at the bottom of the ramp and the driver will meet you there.
• Terminal 3: On arrival at the airport, follow the signs for Temrinal 3 departures. On the approach to the terminal, at the first mini-roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the right, into the Multi-Storey car park. Proceed up to Level 5 (roof top). At the top of the ramp to Level 5, turn left and drive along to the very end, where your driver will meet you.

Departure Procedure

Once you have cleared customs, please call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your arrival. Detailed procedures are provided by your driver when your car is collected.

• Terminal 1: Take the lift from the terminal back up to Level 11 and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to you by the lift doors.
• Terminal 2: Exit the departure doors and cross to Lane 3. The chauffeur will return your vehicle to outside of the Budget Car Rental offices.
• Terminal 3: Exit the departure doors and cross over to the car rental offices. Make your way through the doors into the Multi-Storey Car Park and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to you there.

Insurance Details

Airparks' drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Vehicle restrictions

Airparks Manchester cannot accept bookings for mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.1m (7 feet).
