Not too happy about having to wait 45 minutes when we returned from holiday
From making the phone call 20 mins from the airport everything went smoothly. On arrival at the airport the guy from Eazy Park was there waiting. Easy handover. On our return it did take over 20 mins to get the car back but the driver said the traffic was bad, but all in all we would not hesitate to use this company again.
The Easy Park Meet & Greet parking service at Manchester airport is second to non. With car collection and return car delivery always promptly on time by very friendly/helpful staff. All this for a price that is just a little more than the hassle of conventional parking. Being regular users of Manchester airport - we would not consider using any other company.

Thought the overall service was quite good. On our departure we had to wait approx 10/15 mins for someone to collect our car even though we phoned in advance and it was only when I phoned a second time they explained that they had been delayed (we were concerned as parking is not allowed in the drop off lane). On our arrival we were met within 5 minutes which was excellent. Will definitely use again & have already recommended your service.

We arrived at the time arranged and the driver was with us almost before we had time to unload the car. On our return we were slightly early and waited about fifteen minutes for the return of our vehicle. The driver was very friendly and helped to load our luggage. Would recommend Eazy Park Meet and Greet and will use them again next time we go on holiday.

this is great - you meet the driver at departures, he takes the car as you go in to departures and as you come out of the same door the car is on its way back to you - i would definately recomend this
Driver at airport when we arrived, enabling us to quickly take our luggage to Departure terminal. On our return we only had to wait for approx. 5 minutes for return of our vehicle. Good value for money and would definitely use this service again.

Never having used this service before, we were slightly apprehensive. But all of our worries were unfounded - both collection and delivery of our car was exactly as promised.Drivers were very helpful and friendly, even though our arrival had been delayed. A first class service provided at a very reasonable price, we will now always use Easy Park Meet & Greet, whenever we fly.
Excellent service on outbound flight - the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. A bit slow on the return but things were a bit chaotic due to the volcanic eruption. Overall very satisfied.
On departure and arrival i'm embarrased to admit that the driver was waiting for us on both occasions.
We booked a meet & greet. Drop off at the airport was fine apart from the abrupt manner on the telephone when calling 20 mins prior to being at the airport. Pick up was another issue. Told to call when at arrival area, which we did. 11pm at night. Was told they would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later our car was returned to us. This is not the service we paid for and will not use again as we considered them unreliable. The whole point was to be met as you landed, not waiting around. We could have paid half the cost and got a shuttle bus quicker than eazy park service.
We had a brilliant service only waited 5 mins on return, however the driver did say he had to dash off as he had two other customers on our flight. I am just happy we were 1st rather than 3rd
Had not used this service before and was a little hesitant. Well im glad we decided to use Eazypark on this occassion. Great service, hassle free, polite friendly staff. We were met on arrival at the airport without any delay and despite being asked to call 15mins before arrival, we received a call from Eazypark. On our return we had another speedy perfect service and had to wait no longer than 5mins for the car to arrive. I would recommend this service and will certainly use them again. No queuing or waiting for transfer buses, takes some of the stress out of the proceedure. How perfect is that for a small amount extra, well worth the money!
Total misunderstanding at the airport as phone number I was given was wrong it was a stanford? number not manchester after 15 min and 3 trips around the air port 2 phone calls we finaly got are car sorted May I surgest you put airport information on all your e-mail convermation, might help Regards Mrs Prescott
