Had not used this service before and was a little hesitant. Well im glad we decided to use Eazypark on this occassion. Great service, hassle free, polite friendly staff. We were met on arrival at the airport without any delay and despite being asked to call 15mins before arrival, we received a call from Eazypark. On our return we had another speedy perfect service and had to wait no longer than 5mins for the car to arrive. I would recommend this service and will certainly use them again. No queuing or waiting for transfer buses, takes some of the stress out of the proceedure. How perfect is that for a small amount extra, well worth the money!
Total misunderstanding at the airport as phone number I was given was wrong it was a stanford? number not manchester after 15 min and 3 trips around the air port 2 phone calls we finaly got are car sorted May I surgest you put airport information on all your e-mail convermation, might help Regards Mrs Prescott
We decided to make a change from our usual 'meet & greet' company and give Eazy Park a try. We were impressed by the company company overall, but on following instructions to phone 15-20 mins before arrival at airport, still had to wait a further 10 mins for driver to arrive. On arrival back into Manchester we then had to wait (shivering!) for a further 20 minutes after phoning the chauffeur for the car. If they can improve the arrival/collection times this company will be fantastic!
Although there was a slight mix up with regards to our booking, it was rectified quickly and caused our family no delay at the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would use this service again when travelling from Manchester airport which we do often
No problems at all. It feels a bit uneasy at first, just handing over your keys to an apparent stranger, but the driver had identified himself so there was no doubt really. A big advantage of this service is that when returning from a hot country in the middle of a cold autumn night your car is already warmed up - and no need to scrape the windows.
Being met at airport departures makes for an easy start to your holiday and is good on your return when all you want is a quick getaway home.
The driver was friendly and arrived on time. When we got our car back, it was just as we'd left it. We were a little dubious about using a service such as this as we usually use a car park but this service saved us so much time. We were very impressed and will definately use them again.
Best meet & greet service we have ever used
I totally recommend this company. Rang them when we were approx 20 mins away from airport and they were there waiting for us. Took cases out, they just checked condition of car and then took it. As soon as we cleared customs coming back, gave them a call and they were there waiting for us when we came out. Absoloutly no hanging about. Excellent service - will definately recommend and use again
First time of using and will definately use again. The staff, on the phone and at each pickup, were so friendly. The timings, from phoning to pick up and collect, didn't have to wait long only a few minutes. Couldn't fault anything. Would recommend to anyone.
We rang up from the moterway service station and were met in the drop off area at the airport. Coming back we rang up when we had collected our luggage and cleared customs and the car was there within 10 minutes. This was a totally stress free experience , the staff were cheerfull and I would recommend this to everyone.
Using Meet and Greet is an excellent way to travel to the Airport - no hassle waiting for the bus to arrive or passengers to embark. You don't have to add an extra hour to your journey to get too and from the off-site carparks Just drive your car up to the terminal and leave the keys with their rep. Surprisingly it doesn't cost much more than off-site park and ride but the extra cost far outways the hassle. Couldn't be more simpler
We usually get a taxi to airport but decided to give driving a go. A very postive experience and will definitely do it again. Pam
I would never use park and ride again. Waited a few Min's for collection. Car was arriving as we walked out of airport doors on our return. It made things so much easier with kids and cases especially when arriving back at the airport in the early hours of the morning. A doddle!
The service was very efficent and took a great deal of stress out of departing and arriving on our holiday journey. It made it much easier to transport 4 cases and two children, as we went straight from the car and into the departure terminal. On the rerurn journey we were straight into the car with the kids tucked up in the back seat for long drive home. Great service, great idea ! Would recommend it to others, especially if traveling with children.
This was a simple and very efficient way of getting to and from the airport terminal. We have three children and this part fo the journey can be quite stressful, however this was stressfree. We pulled up at the departure gate and unloaded our car. the driver took it away. When we arrived, we telephoned at the baggage conveyors and then made our way up to departures again. Within a couple of minutes our car was there. We loaded up a and drove off. Itw as really easy and I would definately do it again.
Have used meet and greet at Manchester Airport in the past. Never been dissapointed. The price for the service is by far the best,compared to park and ride services. You just turn up, someone takes your car, parks it and you start your holiday. GREAT!!!
Drop off was as stated, quick and simple. When picking up we waited 20 minutes for our car to arrive (although they did tell us this when we called them). Great value for money. Would definately use them again.
we rang 20 mins Before arriving at manchester airport to let them know what time we were due to get there. They told were to meet on arrivly and how long they were from the airport. They where late on there time (but not a long time off the arranged time). They ask about your car when they arrvied about any dents/ scratches/ scuffs on your car so they know about them. Then they ask for the time when you are due back and the flight number for any delays so they can keep track. Then they told us where to meet them on the way back to collect the car. Then they took the car away. On arriving back to the uk we phone them as we just went through customs to let them know that we were at the airport and they said they would be 5-10 mins away and would meeet in the place they said when we gave them the car. We did not have to wait long for the car, as they pulled up they ask for the name of the person who booked it after that he ask us to check the car to see if there was any damage to the car and then he explained to me that all the cars they collect they have there own bay not like some compaines which do bumper to bumper to get more cars in. So overall it is a very good way of having your car keeped safe while been away from home i will be using it again because it is a lot easier and cheaperto do so.
Our outward bound service was fine. Unfortunatey on our return we had to wait 35 minutes from making our phone call for the car to turn up. We was strictly told not to phone up until we had cleared customs. however when we did we we told that 3 other customers had phoned up and their cars were on route even though they had not cleared customs.we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes. We have a 10 month year old baby and at midnight waiting around for 35 minutes is far from ideall. The Whole purpose for us to have meet and greet service was for our car to be ready for when we left the airport building. Unfortunately this did not happen so we would have been better off paying for the cheaper option and use parking facilties off site that needed bus transportation. I am unsure if i will use the meet and greet serice again as i found it not reliable.
